Jeanette and Wynand are wonderful hosts and the time spent with friends invaluable, but the house and facilities needs maintenance. Breakfast could include a wider variety but was warm and sufficient. Would be wonderful to see this grande dame of a house returned to her former glory.

I spent three days at the Osborne House with my partner, who is South African. The house is in one of the best neighbourhoods of Pretoria. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was also nice. The rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. The house was build about 100 years ago and has a lot of character but is a very good condition. We could leave the car inside. I would love to go back and maybe spend more time. It is a great place for someone who wants to rest and spend few days reading or working remotely, without being disturbed.

I was in Pretoria on particularly stressful business. The Claassen’s were kind and considerate hosts. The ambiance at Osbourne is an extension of their hospitality and kindness. The home is something to experience and provides you with a practical environment to work, and later relax in. Beautiful breakfasts and excellent coffee. Thanks, I wiil be back. Johan

Gorgeous neighborhood, beautiful property, fabulous hosts. The home is stunning, meticulously maintained and a delight to stay in while visiting Pretoria. Comfortable and a delight. This has become my go to destination when visiting South Africa.

Wynand and Jeanette are exceptional hosts who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we departed. The breakfast was delicious, the room was flawless, and the location is unbeatable, with easy access to Loftus, the University of Pretoria, Pretoria Boys High, Affies, and more. We will definitely be back! soon.

Beautiful home away from home. Located in a peaceful area. The rooms are perfect, and everything has been well thought out with attention to detail everywhere. Jeanette, Wynand and their team were gracious, friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the tastefully presented breakfast.
