The room didn't have a WIFI, the bathroom mat was dirty , the room did not have it own iron, kettle, cups, it was giving kasi vibe

Most disappointing was that my personal details was released to an Impersonator who claimed to be me. There was no security checks done to the impersonator to realise that it wasn't the client. Poor professionalism from the management.

Staff friendly & helpful. Rooms need attention. Tv, no remote. Only 1 light working in chalet. No toilet paper. No coffee station as advertised.

A warm welcome at reception to our room. The room was clean and beautifully done. To be honest not all the rooms are beautiful some really need a thorough renovation, sinks to wash the dishes, microwaves to all rooms, Wi fi please Mmakosha Management, we were highly disappointed staying so long without Wi Fi. We planning to come back as a big group in June, but I will have to check first b4 if you manage to meet our needs.
