The water in the shower was not hot and it's winter There was no blanket in my room Reception was not answering phone since I found them sleeping

Everything was excellent up until we had cold water in the morning, but the rest was excellent, the food was good even the staff at the restaurant were great. The administration team welcomed us properly assisted us with our bags since we arrived early. The hotel overall is beautiful and has a beautiful view easy to find or locate not far from shops which made it even more interesting.
