We loved our room, it was very homey, clean and comfortable. We also loved the pool, would have been nice if it was heated. Housekeeping made sure the sheets were changed and cleaned everyday throughout our stay, we appreciated that. Buffet breakfast was nice and staff were lovely and accommodating. We also would like to thank Tasha for making an effort to look for our missing charger and for resolving the issue. We would definitely stay at Mercure Sydney Liverpool during our next visit in the near future.

The hotel is too remote, far from Sydney Airport, and further down is the countryside. The taxi driver took a long time to find the way at night. It took an hour and a half to drive from the city. It's too far... Not recommended

The traffic is a bit remote, but the surrounding environment is very good, the hotel facilities are good and complete! The service is actually very thoughtful, with a bright smile and politeness. Free parking is available.
