The company I work for paid for it and I still feel like they had my pants down. When booking, it stated there was parking but on the day of arrival I got an email telling me that if I haven't pre-booked a parking space, I need to go to the paid car park. That was the first time I was finding out about this. When they let me in, I was taken back to the 90s with the smell of a dirty, deep fat fryer The apartment itself had many issues. If you want to be warm, you better think again. There is a digital thermostat and you can set it to what you want but it will never achieve it and in small print, it says the heating is managed centrally. So at 19:00-ish, it turns off and there is nothing you can do about it. It is winter, the temperature in the room dropped to single figures. The smoke detector was covered with a bin bag No plug in the sink to do washing up, must be a shortage in the area The shower head has created its own form of life, with what was growing off it The hardest bed in the world (it could have frozen solid due to the lack of warmth) Bedding had a lovely off white colour and was ripped When I was sat on the sofa watching TV, I was afraid to move because it felt like it was going to spring open at any moment and launch me on to the train line (it is a sofa bed) The bin was fighting for its life to stay together. It needs a major renovation. It has been done up as cheap as possible but they slap a decent price tag per night. I had to leave a day early, my back couldn't handle another night in that bed and frostbite was starting to set in on my fingers.

Tired and dirty I'd booked a basic room, as I was planning to arrive late and leave early. Unfortunately, I arrived early and had a longer evening in the room than anticipated. On first viewing, the room does not reflect the images on the website. I can handle a room looking tired, particularly at a budget price, but there's no excuse for a lack cleanliness. Yellowed bedsheets with stains led to me sleeping on top of the duvet rather than under it. A hard and rough bath towel which was stained. Hairs and grime on pillows, and all room and bathroom surfaces. I genuinely wouldnt recommend staying here, even to save money.

Convenient and decent price, although no shower gel or shampoo in the dispensers. Is noisy as next to a railway station but didn’t bother me

Nice apartment however clearly had not been cleaned properly as all of the sides felt extremely greasy. sink and draining board was dirty and nothing to dry up with. tv did not work and was blue as well as the tv remote was broken and very in need of a new one. It wasn’t loud at all considering how close it is to the station.

BAD EXPERIENCE The experience in this apartment was the worst I have ever seen/encountered. To begin with when I had arrived at the apartment the bed sheets were smelling of sweat and had stains. The toilet was very dirty and I asked the supervisor to have them changed which he did but little did I know that he would go downstairs and start talking about us in a rude and unprofessional way to his colleague and her boyfriend (non working staff individual). After that I was woken up at 3:00AM by loud bangs on the door being threatened to leave the place because apparently payment was not made yet it showed booked on the app. There was a non-staff individual threatening to kick us out together with the staff - who claimed to had called us during the night when we were sleeping and was also very rude with her communication. She and the non staff boyfriend called us to go pay or else we would be kicked out and what was puzzling is the apartment was booked on the app. Supervisor came shortly and insisted we sorted the matter in the morning. Next morning the manager came and everything was sorted, we cut our stay short because this experience was not only dissatisfying but traumatising. The manager had to charge us a discounted fee for our stay after we complained to him. We travelled from London to Preston for a City Break only to go through such an experience. This is the most disappointing unprofessional dissatisfying experience.STAFF WAS VERY RUDE .

Giving this place such a low review because of a number of things. We stayed here for a festival taking place in Preston during June 2024, in preparation for our four night stay and festival we brought some alcohol to the property - they watched us on the cameras bringing our two crates of beer (between three of us) and requested a £50 deposit incase there was damage due to our ‘alcohol consumption’, we didn’t hesitate and paid the money on card and they sent us an online receipt (upon request). Leaving the apartment in good order, we were told get in touch with the phone number that provided the online receipt and request our £50 deposit back - we have still not received said deposit in January 2025.. after contacting the number on multiple occasions over the months after. We also detected smells of what I guess was rotten vegetables throughout the entire stay which wasn’t pleasant to say the least. We had also booked a room for three which had a double bed and a pull-out couch bed - which might I add felt like sleeping on concrete - but we noticed that there were rappers and tissues underneath the pull-out bed hopefully from the previous guests (maybe dated way further back due to the dust content). And my final point, considering the room was advertised to accommodate three guests, their facilities only provided for two (kitchen ware, cutlery, chairs etc). Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had to go through.
