An excellent stay…… The room was very small, but quite adequate for 2. Beautiful decor…… Really peaceful. A lovely wide ( shared) balcony…..although there weren’t any others guests upstairs, so we had it to ourselves. The gardens are lovely, beautifully tended, bursting with flowers. Breakfast was served in the garden, and was marvellously presented. Fresh cherries, apricots, yogurt, cheese, bread & spreads. Freshly made savoury item, and freshly baked sweet item…..( baked by Nena ) all delicious! The Presa area is amazing……stunning….. utterly beautiful…….

A very beautiful mansion in the heart of the Ag.Germanos village. The rooms are very beautifully decorated in the traditional style. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful & traditional atmosphere! Prespes lakes and other points of interest are located a few minutes/km away

Απλά εξαιρετικό!!!! Πολύ καθαρά και λειτουργικά δωμάτια, με ευρύχωρο καινουριο μπάνιο, πανέμορφος εξωτερικός χώρος που το βραδάκι λειτουργεί και ως μπαράκι. Ο Κώστας ένας υπέροχος φιλόξενος άνθρωπος και η ομάδα του σας κερδίζουν από την 1η μέρα και είναι πρόθυμοι να σας εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι ζητήσετε

Costas and family have built a beautiful hotel. The staff - especially Costas daughter - is extremely friendly and welcoming. They will offer you everything to make you stay pleasant. They will open the kitchen for you and cook for you anything you’ll ask for. The place is clean, green environment with wonderful atmosphere. Very very recommended!
