Quite a nice and quiet place to spend the night; the hotel was a little bit dated but they did try to refresh the interiors of the rooms- the toilets were refurbished and were spot on; the rooms on the other hand were a bit dated. Furniture was not comfortable and was old and stained.
Overall a good place to spend a night, but definitely not more than the bare minimum. Also had to ask for a hairdryer and there were no slippers or microwave in the room.

The rooms carpet was stain with pet urine, and many unknown stains. They did not vacuum and the floor was filthy. The chairs were full of disgusting spots. The trash cans still had trash in them

The location and grounds were absolutely beautiful. I loved the balcony and the ambience. The lobby was nice and I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee bar. However the rooms are dated, the pillows have sweat stains. There were brown stains on the carpet and dust on parts of the furniture. There were reddish stains in my sheets. The lamp shade was cracked and discolored. Free breakfast tasted kind of old. I’d go again for the ambience and the area. They are pet friendly so I’ll make sure to bring my dog next time:)

Their lovely lobby, patio, and pool, we’re all well kept and casual feeling. As was the room I stayed in: average in size and layout, but very clean and well adorned with simple decent furnishings, with nice but unpolished finishes. The bathroom is small but flawless. With a highlight being the Superior beds & mattresses with the perfect firmness. For me, the ambience of this place is the right balance of polished and relaxed; and ‘head and shoulders above’ any comparable priced place, I’ve stayed.

Un hôtel magnifique avec une très belle décoration, le petit déjeuner est parfait avec tout ce qu’il faut des crêpes et des bagels et un café superbe l’après-midi vous avez accès au café et à des cookies remarquables. À la réception Malia est agréable et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Les chambres ont un petit balcon et une climatisation très soft. N hésitez pas. Nous y sommes depuis hier jusqu a demain et c est un lieu de repos paisible qui change des chaînes de motel aux usa

Our first visit, we were pleased how attentive the desk staff was. The cleaning crew was busy the whole time. We appreciate the old school “Mediterranean Desert” design and architecture. We love the story of the owner who built the hotel and wanted to keep it running as a family operation. We hope it stays that way for future visits. But, we understand it needs a lot of maintenance repair and upkeep to keep it looking and operating beautifully and efficiently. Best of luck with maintaining your current outstanding business model for a reasonably priced, well appointed hotel choice in Prescott. The lobby, staircase, views out the windows, grounds, and breakfast were all highlights. We’ll be back!

The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. We were surprised though that our room did not receive fresh towels or beds made. We had to call front desk for fresh towels after being gone all day and returning tired. That was disappointing. To see used towels on floor outside of rooms was not nice.
