We always stay at the Prescott Resort every time we are in Prescott. It was very convenient to our golf venue for the weekend.

Service was great. The hotel is nice. No microwave in the room and none were available but the customer service was great!

The rooms are old worn down the bed is the most horrible thing I ever slept on also smelled like vomit, I slept on the couch most of the night, also the tv I had volume on 99 and still couldn’t hear it I have a few other complaints for the room but decided I am done wasting my breath I will choose to stay else where. ****** was nice and friendly. Good luck to those that choose to stay the night hear.

THIS WAS THE WORST STAY EVER, I've stayed at this hotel in the past and enjoyed it, but we where there for a family wedding, for 2 nights, when we arrived our room was open, door open, we thought we were in the wrong room, but no that was ours, it seemed whoever was in there used the restroom, carpet was very dirty, smelled, furniture old, pillows, old and smelled, bathroom T.P. dispenser broken, half a roll of T.P. could not find anyone to bring more to our room, Front desk never answered the phone, neither did House Keeping, our A/C did not work 77 degrees in our room, I had to call from my cell phone to the hotel in order to get someone to answer the phone, ridiculous!! I am a Travel Consultant, and I will never recommend this run down smelly hotel, very sad,

the room was ok , very poor lighting in the bathroom hard to use the mirror . The hotel restaurant food we had was poor quality and high priced . The TV in our room has a small screen . The pool was open but the spa was not working , it had been out of service for weeks we were told .

I have yet to complete my stay. However, felt compelled to express my utter dissatisfaction and horrible experience thus far at this hotel. First, upon entering my room I immediately noticed the carpet was not vacuumed as it had pieces of trash throughout the room. It also appears as though the carpet has never been shampooed or steamed cleaned as the carpets are extremely dingy. The bedding/linen were grossly dirty ( I have a video) to support. I went downstairs to express and show the front desk. I was offered another room, when I went to check the linen in the other room it was just as bad as my initial room. Room has two televisions and neither one worked, the iron is broken. On the third night I tried to enter my room (with dinner in hand) and key card didn’t work. I went and got a replacement and that card didn’t work either. I went back downstairs to tell front desk that my card didn’t work. The gentlemen asked for me to go up with him, I told him I wanted to eat my food first because it was already getting cold. We sat down in the lobby to eat and was immediately told we couldn’t. This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It should be considered a motel because that’s the way they operate. I would never recommend anyone stay at this place.

really enjoyed the food/drinks and entertainment during our stay. Nicole was a delight both nights and best drink I've had in a long time. Her recommendation for food was excellent! the whole team was so friendly and the entertainment on Friday night (Chip Hanna) was an added bonus!! Thank you all for a time well spent.

My husband gave me a solo weekend away for my birthday and we thought this “resort” would be a time for me to relax, get a spa treatment, spend some time in the pool, order room service… you know, the things you do and except from a “resort.” The whole place is old and anything but relaxing. Pool was orange, “spa” is basically a nail salon, no room service, room was dirty. In fact, the mattress didn’t even have a mattress pad and I was met with a nice BLOOD STAIN at the head of the bed, seen through from the sheet. I was immediately disgusted. There was no other room for me to move to (at least the manager tried to help) and I, personally, made the bed along with one of the managers (no one was here from housekeeping. At a resort. On a weekend. Unheard of!). The room next to me was being redone so hammering and sawing could be heard, AND the plumbing sounded possessed. It’s been 25 years since I’ve had an experience THIS bad and it’s not time I can get back for my life. It has so much potential but failed at every point. Hopefully it gets bought out, gutted, and gets a grand reopening, otherwise, they need to close the doors. NO way this place passes inspection
