SpringHill Suites Prescott

My daughter’s softball team participated in one of the biggest tournaments of the year held in Prescott. We must have booked the last room. It had one king and a pull out. So I slept on that pullout and let my daughter sleep in the king so she could get some good rest. We were given an accessible room because it was probably the last room available. It was clean and comfortable, really nice. But I preferred a room with 2 queen beds. I told the lady who helped me while checking in, but nothing was available at the time. Just then, another lady who seemed to be in charge let me know to check with her the next day and something might come available. So I did and lucky me, we got our 2 queen bed room. Amy Smith was the lady who helped me out both days. She knew what we wanted and followed through making sure our stay was enjoyable. They are lucky to have someone like Amy Smith working there making sure people are satisfied. It is because of this that I will book this hotel again in 2 weeks for another softball tournament. Plus the beds are extremely comfortable.

Just checked in and the hotel roof is being replaced with no notice given, which is super disappointing. A heads up prior should have been given the guests. Work is super loud, and 3rd floor insane. Even with the holiday weekend, front desk says roofers will be working tomorrow as well, s guests be forewarned.

The woman at the front desk, Lori, was absolutely delightful! We were checked in super efficiently and not a question left unanswered. Our stay was made better by the courteous service we were provided. We will absolutely be returning to this location
