He venido a este hotel que conozco desde niño, vengo a pasar 4 meses por trabajo. El hotel es un 4 estrellas que está justito, las habitaciones son espaciosas, con una buena terraza y el baño que le falta una actualización pero que están en buen estado, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y es muy silencioso, el aislamiento acústico es cero, oyes todo lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, si encienden la TV es un horror. Desayuno bufet bastante variado, zumo natural, frutas, café horroroso (se puede pedir expreso pero lo cobran a parte) todo tipo de bollería y panes. La carta es escueta, la mitad de los platos no existen, se convierte en monótona e insuficiente, raciones muy abundantes. Magníficos jardines y piscina, perfectamente cuidados, el hotel está en la misma playa, podría decir que la más bonita de la zona, el personal es tremendamente amable, en recepción son un poco más ariscos. Ideal para pasar unos días en familia o en pareja.

We had a wonderful stay at Kabila Hotel in Morocco! The service was amazing—every staff member was kind, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made it perfect for our family. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with a safe and relaxing atmosphere that made traveling with little ones much easier. A special thank you to the Director and the Reservation Manager, who were both exceptionally helpful and professional. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out. The food was delicious, especially the fresh seafood, which we highly recommend. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations and we are already looking forward to coming back soon! Très déçue par cet hôtel qui ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles. J’avais demandé à faire repasser une robe : non seulement ce service n’était pas disponible, mais on m’a annoncé ensuite que la robe avait été brûlée, sans aucune excuse ni solution. C’est inadmissible à ce niveau. La chambre n’était pas propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons demandé le ménage le matin, et à notre retour à 17h, le sol était encore mouillé… Ce manque de professionnalisme est inacceptable. La chambre au 1er étage avec vue sur piscine était très humide, avec une odeur d’humidité insupportable. Sans ouvrir le balcon en permanence, on ne pouvait tout simplement pas respirer correctement. Et pour couronner le tout : le prix est très élevé par rapport à la qualité réelle des services. On s’attend à beaucoup mieux quand on paie autant. Seul point positif : le jardin est agréable et l’hôtel est bien situé, à deux pas de la plage et des restaurants. Mais cela ne justifie en rien un tel rapport qualité-prix.

Scandaleux ! J’ai été volée dans cet hôtel : J’ai séjourné dans cet établissement récemment, et malheureusement, j’y ai oublié un collier en or de grande valeur sentimentale. Dès que je m’en suis rendu compte, j’ai immédiatement contacté l’hôtel. Hélas, non seulement le collier n’a jamais été retrouvé, mais surtout, j’ai été profondément déçue par l’attitude de l’administration : aucune véritable recherche, aucune preuve de suivi sérieux, et aucune mesure disciplinaire engagée. Un minimum de considération et de rigueur aurait été attendu pour un établissement de ce standing. Je repars non seulement sans mon bijou, mais aussi avec une impression amère de négligence et d’indifférence, et qu’être est normal pour cet hôtel Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, en particulier à celles et ceux qui tiennent à la sécurité et à l’intégrité de leurs effets personnels.
