Overall around the hotel was nice and it was by the beach which is what we were looking for. We didn’t like the bedroom because the beds were uncomfortable & too small for us. There is no proper ventilation, too humid and just feels crammed in the bedroom. It’s an outdated hotel that should work on improving their rooms. Also we shared with staff that the glass sliding door was broken to which they replied they will send someone to fix it but no one ever showed up. Felt very unsafe knowing that one of the exits stays open 24/7

This property is excellent. We visited in early June, before the busy season began, looking for sun, sand and sea. The property is large, well maintained and blends into the natural environment brilliantly. The grounds are immaculate and the private access to the fabulous beach is very convenient. The breakfast is good, the lunch and dinner of a great standard. With this hotel, I think you definitely get more than what you pay for. A big thank you to Redouan who was amazing, so friendly and helpful. He did his very best to make sure we were taken care of.

L'hôtel kabila à un charme particulier par sa végétation magnifique et le calme qui y règne .son point fort est l' accès à la plage . Cependant ce séjour à été désagréable à cause des nuisances sonores . Les femmes de ménage poussent les lits en bois à tout moment de la journée et les locataires de l' appartement colé à la chambres 309 sont très brillants et claquent les portent à Minuit . Donc chambre à éviter. Sur cette aile de l hôtel le wifi n' arrive pas . Des petites attentions genre bouteille d' eau ou boîte de kleenex seraient les bienvenus.

Je suis profondément mécontent concernant le séjour que j'ai passé dans cet hôtel qui n'a rien de 4* du 01 au 02 septe chambre 503. 1. Chambre inadéquate : J'ai demandé une chambre avec un lit double, j'ai constaté que la chambre ne disposait que de lits simples. Cette situation a été très inconfortable et ne correspondait pas à ce qui était prévu lors de la réservation. Pire encore, fuite d'eau au plafond, l'eau qui gouttes toute la nuits nous empêchant de dormir. La service réservation a osé me répondre que j'ai inspecté la chambre et que je l'ai accepté. Mdr qui accepte une chambre avec une fuite d'eau et qui pu la moisissure? Sans parler du rideau de sdb absent. 2. Service de qualité médiocre : J'ai également été très déçu par la qualité générale du service. Pas de room service, pas de serveur dispo il faut aller le chercher soit même. Il faut sortir chercher à manger soit même après 23h, plat censé être chaud au petit déjeuner et bien non l Ces désagréments ont malheureusement affecté la qualité de notre séjour et je considère que les prestations offertes ne justifient pas le tarif payé. Après réclamation aucun geste commercial .
