Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti dell'hotel, l'appartamento era bellissimo, grande, nuovissimo (bagno e doccia super!). Staff dell'albergo gentile ed attento. Abbiamo cenato una sera in albergo, rimandendo soddisfatti. Speriamo di poterci tornare. alberto

Prima di tutto mi hanno messo in un sotto tetto dove il wc perdeva acqua da sotto, in un cassetto era presente una buccia di banana marcia insieme a una scatola di cerotti usati( non voglio sapere da quanto fosse li). Per quanto riguarda il cibo, danno delle porzioni ridotte e, da quanto dicono , finiscono sempre il pane. Il buffet poco ricco. L’asse del water era completamente rotto e anche il lavabo tutto graffiato. Staff maleducato. A metà della mia esperienza ho deciso di cambiare camera e mi hanno portato tutte le mie cose nella camera senza il mio permesso, prendendo su tutte le mie cose personali.

Hotel a gestione familiare, in ottima posizione per visitare la bellissima zona circostante, sia d'inverno che d'estate. Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornarvi già 2 volte in anni diversi e la prima impressione è più che confermata. Personale preparato, gentile e sorridente. Camere calde, pulite, ampie ed ordinate, con bagni grandi per lo standard. Colazione continentale completa e di qualità. Cena della mezza pensione di buon livello, varia ed arricchita da buffet di verdure. Si respira aria genuina, di grande tradizione ricettiva, è tutto al posto giusto. Bravi, torneremo.

White week... Hotel in an excellent position, the center 5 minutes on foot, ski bus stops at 1 minute for all compressors of your choice, ample parking, run by a very helpful family, nice, fast, friendly waitresses. The structure is not very recent but very tidy, clean. Breakfast full of salty and sweet, constantly replenished. Negative side, the dinners.... bolognese lasagna, mixed fried... Milanese... frozen cake base with completely sugar-free panna frasca 🤔...... every night panna cotta, fruit salad, ice cream... ....we are in Trentino and I expect typical local dishes but above all quality ..., a pity ...
