Mon séjour aux “Portes de Megève” a malheureusement été marqué par des dysfonctionnements majeurs. À mon arrivée, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, et les solutions proposées (utiliser une douche commune dans une pièce non chauffée ou attendre le lendemain matin) étaient inadaptées pour un logement de ce standing. De plus, le SPA, qui constitue un point fort de l’offre, était hors service, sans aucun avertissement préalable. Ces manquements ont considérablement réduit la qualité de mon expérience, d’autant plus que j’avais choisi cette location spécifiquement pour ces prestations. Je regrette le manque de réactivité et d’attention envers les locataires, surtout au vu du prix payé. Je déconseille fortement, à moins que des améliorations significatives soient apportées à la gestion et à la communication.

À notre arrivée à l’hébergement, tout était parfait. L’endroit était très propre, on se sentait vraiment comme à la maison. Rien à redire sur la propreté, tout était impeccable. La vue est tout simplement extraordinaire. Si vous cherchez un moment de calme et de sérénité pour respirer et vous ressourcer, c’est l’adresse idéale. De plus, l’hébergement est situé à seulement 2 minutes de Megève. Vraiment top, top, top !

This apartment was absolutely stunning. I was slightly concerned ahead of time as was advised that quite a significant deposit would be taken, but this turned out not to be an issue.
The apartment itself was comfortable & cosy, perfect for our family of 5. The additional facilities in the block were much enjoyed by the kids. Thoughtful touches made our stay superb - we will definitely be back
