Bon hôtel pour passage sur Agen, à proximité avec grand parking accessible. Literie agréable et confortable, autant côté sommier qu'oreillers. Au calme, pas de bruit environnant (hormis les portes qui claquent malgré des portes qui ne nécessitent pas d'être claquées pour être fermées et dont la poigné est bien fonctionnel... mais on ne refera pas les gens et leur manque de savoir-vivre). Accueil plaisant et attentionnée. Prix ok, dans la moyenne (équivalent IBIS). Bouteille et sachets de thé/café offerts. Ce qui me gêne, c'est la partie ménage qui n'est pas au niveau d'un Best Western. C'est survolé (des déchets de chocolat dans la chambre et des cheveux/poils en partie SDB collés, des draps propres... mais pas le drap housse en dessous, plein de poils et cheveux. Bcp de gens n'ont toujours pas compris que les hôtels utilisent des draps en guise de drap house pour défaire plus facilement et gagner du temps sur les lits donc, par habitude, ces personnes couchent entre le drap et drap house (qui sert d'allèse). Cette dernière partie n'étant pas changée, ce n'est pas clean si on soulève le drap. Le drap house/allèse devrait être changé en pareil cas quand des clients l'ont sali et non juste recouvert du drap. Ce n'est pas hygiénique. Sans cela, l'hôtel vaudrait 5/5.
