This hotel was still undergoing renovations. That was not clear when booking. It really was half a ruin. Moreover, it all came across as very unprofessional. The room we booked for disabled people was certainly not suitable. Space was big enough, but the shower was barely accessible. In addition, the water flowed from the bathroom instead of towards the drain. So we had to mop more than we could shower. Reported this problem immediately, but it was not resolved. The pool is not wheelchair accessible as there are steps everywhere.

Nous avons eu la chance de nous voir attribuer une "supérieure" pour le prix d'une normale : chambre spacieuse (environ 30m²), literie très confortable (lit king size), salle-de-bain propre et fonctionnelle (double vasque...), téléviseur avec écran géant, cafetière Nespresso... le tout côté piscine (certainement moins bruyant que le côté rond-pont) ! A partir de là, c'est difficile de critiquer en mal ! Je vais quand même mentionner quelques petits bémols : le parking est certes gratuit mais non sécurisé, des bruits produits par la salle de padel mitoyenne (heureusement, ça s'arrête la nuit!) et de la poussière sur les appliques du lit...

Hôtel 4 étoiles sans clim dans 8 chambres sur 15 de réservées avec une température extérieure de 32 dégrès et 28 dans les chambres. On vous conseille de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes!!! Passez votre chemin

Nous avions pris une chambre privilège très grande 31 m2. Très grand lit, canapé, grande TV, machine nexpresso et thé palais des thés, frigo, peignoir et chausson. Une chambre 5*. Accueil très chaleureux. Piscine pour se détendre après le vélo. L’environnement n’est pas très beau mais le service est au top. Une bonne étape sur le canal des 2 mers.

Hotel assez récent. Chambre assez grande et propre. Salle de bain nickel. Très bonne literie. Personnel accueillant. Seul petit bémol : le jour qui filtre un peu au travers des rideaux pourtant bien tirés et l'isolation phonique des bruits du couloirs (merci les gymnastes).

J'attire votre attention sur les pratiques illégales de cet établissement. J'ai été victime de manœuvres frauduleuses à la carte bancaire. En effet, celui-ci récupère les duplicatas des tickets de carte bancaire de la veille afin de récupérer les numéros ainsi que la date d'expiration de celle-ci pour vous débiter sans votre autorisation et en toute illégalité. J'ai donc déposé plainte pour escroquerie et abus de confiance contre cet établissement, avec constat d'un commissaire de justice adressé au siège social d'Accord, ainsi que la presse du Sud-Ouest saisie.

This was merely a stop off as it was close to Bas-Armagnac where we had a distillery tour. While we are more interested in French charm, this was more of a modern property but was perfect for our purposes. The room was huge and very clean with a pool view. The bathroom was awesome and even had a tub. The lobby area was nice and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend the property.
