The most luxurious and nice hotel in the area. The rooms are quite new. The ice cream in the lobby is delicious, and the desserts are also good. There is a beautiful lake. You can walk around the lake in half an hour. The environment is beautiful

We stayed here for 2 nights. First mistake was we didn't book a room with lake view. Now we were stuck with a view on the parking lot. Not ideal. Very nice golfcourse to play. 5 minutes drive from the hotel. Not busy. Dissapointing buffet restaurant. We were asked twice to move as tables were so called reserved. Never saw anyone at these table. Also dissapoint service. For example they have aperol spritz on the card, and they had limoncello. We wanted a limoncello spritz which is just limoncello instead of aperal in the spritz, but they said they couldn't make that.

Very modern hotel on a lake with great spa, pool and views, and some of the most polite staff we've had the pleasure to meet in the country. A great hotel to visit with family and friends.

Have been in this hotel for 4 nights for a friend's weeding and the location is great, amazing views and awesome lake just on the hotel premises. Hotel has nice open spaces, nice restaurant and great meeting and events rooms, well spaced. They also have a great small underground bar / night club which they open for us and this was very nice from the management team. Special note for Venelin that helps us and took care of us, he was very kind and professional.

Totally disappointed with Hyatt's standard in Pravets! We were out and when we returned, our room was not cleaned, the ironing board and iron were not placed away and the beds were not made.

We have been in the hotel for 2 nights, I was told on the time of the reservation that we can’t stay more as the place is full after that. But no one told me actually there will be a private party and all the days before all the place around will be a construction site! The workers were everywhere all the time, around the restaurants , rest areas, the pool. There were cables all around which is not good for the kinds and we are there to play and the kids to be able to run and go around! We paid not a small amount for the stay. I still think to request a compensation for all the inconvenience
