This is one of the worst rooms I’ve stayed in, As we entered the room it had a very bad smell to it, Shower cubicle is so tight you can’t even wash yourself without elbowing the sides.
It was fairly hot and we needed the AC on, when we asked the reception to turn it on he refused because he needed to go in the cellar and do something that would make it work, absolutely pathetic.
The worst part was the night sleep, As the air condition wasn’t on we had to open the roof window to let some cool air come in the room which resulted in us being bitten by mosquitos all night, the second night we kept the window closed and found bed bugs biting at us all night.
2 nights of disturbing sleep never staying here even if the room is free.

Great stay!
Very nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet and an welcoming entrance. The staff there was very nice, I hoghly recommended and of you have time try their pools or spa options.

The manager was very pleasant and helpful, some very good English and made us feel very welcome.
For an older hotel and it’s convenience to the central attractions it was very good.

Ottima posizione, molto pulito, silenzioso. Da migliorare scelta colazione. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, ancor più se confrontato allopzione hotel a FI.Personale cordiale ed efficiente. Ad un passo dalla stazione FS e dal centro. Ottima logistica per visitare sia Prato che Firenze e Pistoia.Lo suggerisco
