We had a fantastic experience at this property. Everything is perfect, the view, the cleanliness, the super cheerful and helpful staff and their delicious breakfast with high quality ingredients. really there's not a single negative thing I can call out.
Things to keep in mind though:
1) The dinner is around 30Euros per person for a 3 course menu. it's an amazing deal if you are planning to eat at other restaurants in the island! Take the deal! (of course one should not compare this to the take out food they can get on the cheap - not an apple to apple comparison). The restaurant is right on top of water, you can see different fishes swimming around and have dinner with the sound of the waves.
2) the property does not have a beach- they are very transparent about this but they can help you get to one (Anse Gorgette) -imho you should just go to the public beach at Anse Lazzio.
3) Rent a car, you cannot walk to anywhere meaningful (maybe to the nearest grocery store if you're up for a hike). Unless you're planning to just stay in the property don't hesitate and rent a car (the hotel can help you with that too)

The hotel is right on the beach. In front of the beach is the Mozambique Channel. You can see the sunset about 50 meters ahead. The waiters are warm and thoughtful, and come to the room every night to apply insect repellent.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très dévoué, toujours souriant et attentif à nos besoins, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, varié et de qualité. Quant au dîner, il était tout simplement remarquable. Merci aux managers pour le petit plus pour les fidèles clients. il faut cependant emprunter des escaliers pour accéder aux principaux points de l’hôtel, ce qui peut être gênant pour certaines personnes en situation de handicap. Cela dit, l’ensemble du séjour reste une très belle expérience. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Beautifully located villa, stunning views, private, comfortable - ideal for our family. Lovely, helpful staff and tasty generous breakfast in the restaurant looking out over the bay. We hired a car from Adventure Car hire, located at the hotel, they picked us up from the ferry and took the car back at the hotel, making it easy for us to explore Praslin.

My family and I had an amazing experience at Chalets Cote Mer! All were beyond expectations... from cleanliness, the friendly staff, the delicious breakfast with the most incredible view of Baie Ste Anne Bay! The Waterfront Suite was very spacious and accommodative for my family of four! Special thanks to Brikesh and blessing to all!

Such a beautiful peaceful and peaceful place! The location and view is amazing! And the food absolutely delicious! They have a set menue everyday, that we can highly recomend. Everything at this hotel leaves you the feeling, that this place is run with a lot of love. The service is very friendly, also with our little baby and we felt like staying another week... what a pity it has only been 3 days. It has been the most beautiful hotel we visited in Seychelles! Thank you!!!
