A hotel that exceeded expectations! Although the hotel is relatively old, the experience is also very good! There are no toothbrushes and hair dryers. It is very close to the beach, and you can walk there in three minutes and 100m. The beach is really good! The sand is very fine and the water is very clear, suitable for sunbathing and snorkeling!
Service: Mr. SHAKEEL IKRAM is very good! He is very friendly and helps with the luggage. Although the language is not very fluent, he will answer the questions patiently and take good care of us! The other service staff of the hotel are very polite, very patient and meticulous. He also cleaned the house very well!

We stayed at the hotel in June 2024. The hotel made a pleasant impression, large, clean rooms, well-kept grounds, varied breakfast and most importantly friendly staff. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

The hotel is similar to domestic express hotels. There is a supermarket within a 3-minute walk. The beach is also not far away and very beautiful. The overall price-performance ratio is good. The breakfast is simple but filling.

Stay was great staff was very helpful i will come back in october Bilal and shakeel help me lot and gave great good tips about area. Hotel has great locationwith wide beach bus stop 2 Minuten walking distance staff all very friendly . See you soon berjaya

Il mio soggiorno è stato un incubo. Non solo il tour operator CREO / CREOLE non ha offerto alcuna assistenza in loco, ma l’assistente di nome LUANA che avrebbe dovuto aiutare e guidare i clienti si è fatta vedere appena arrivati in struttura (neanche il tempo di ambientarsi e rinfrescarsi dopo 484949 di ore di viaggio!!) per vendere le sue escursioni a cifre esorbitanti, dicendo di non fidarsi di nessun altro perché non sarebbe stato “sicuro” comprarle altrove o da chicchessia, una volta vendute, sparita nel nulla. Altra nota dolentissima: il cibo servito, immangiabile e di pessima qualità. Inoltre, ho trovato scarafaggi nella sala ristorante, una situazione davvero disgustosa. Nella stanza, il materasso era vecchio e scomodo, mi ha impedito di riposare decentemente. La pulizia delle camere lasciava molto a desiderare, con polvere e sporcizia ovunque. Un’esperienza assolutamente da dimenticare. Non consiglierei questa struttura a nessuno.

W hotelu Berjaya Praslin spędzilismy 10 dni. Wspaniały ośrodek w centrum miejscowości przy pięknej plaży. W pobliżu sklepy, restauracje, take away. Przy bramie przystanek autobusowy. Jeśli chodzi o sam hotel to najwyższa ocena. Czystość i porządek przestrzegane do obłędu :) Codziennie zmieniane ręczniki, pościel, zmywane podłogi. Caly teren ośrodka sprzątany codziennie, włącznie z grabieniem trawników. Personel przyjazny, pomocny, zawsze uśmiechnięty. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, ciekawie urozmaicone. Po 10 dniach nic nam się nie znudziło, posiłek był przyjemnością. Każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Bardzo polecam

14mal in diesem Hotel gewesen....es ist mit den Möglichkeiten jedes Jahr besser geworden...Absolut freundliches Personal...es steht immer jemand zur Verfügung um sich um die Belange kümmert, egal was man möchte... Der Zimmerservice war immer freundlich und kreativ....Ein für die Seychellen sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis....jederzeit wieder....es ist in den letzten Jahren wirklich viel passiert....Danke an Saleem, Bilal und der gesamten Belegschaft.

I visited this hotel and was extremely pleased with my stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean and very cosy, which made my holiday even more enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was a real treat - varied and delicious, something for every taste. Most impressive though was the service; the staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends!
