Не буду гадать, кто в данной ситуации хитрит или "косячит", но столкнулся с тем, что по прибытии в гостевой дом мне заявили, что они больше не работают с сайтами, такими как trip.com, соответственно, предоплаченные на сайте деньги им не поступают, предложили отменить бронь и оплатить наличкой другую цену. Я ответил, что бронь неотменяемая, и как-то неправильно это всё... Через минут 15 менжевания мне предложили заселиться в комнату переночевать "бесплатно", даже отказались от предложенных мной 50 тыс. "доплаты".
Не очень приятно попадать в такие ситуации, даже с учётом того, что цена на сайте была оплачена копеечная. Если отель не работает как заявлено, то и не стоит позволять пользователю его бронировать.
