Only problem I had I was in room one oh one and the door kept slamming all night. Nobody went out because the lock on the door was broke the side door to where you entering our room next to the door.

I did not pay much for this hotel stay, so I wasn't expecting a whole lot either. The room was sufficiently clean, not spotless. The hotel receptionist was sufficient, not very friendly. The bathroom supplies were sufficient, not luxurious. The free breakfast would keep you from starving, but not nutritious or tasty (2 kinds of cereal or bagel or toast). Basically, I only slept here and kept my things here and it was sufficient for those purposes.

Disappointed but only for a night
Well, had a late night arrival time. Night clerk was ok. Not particularly friendly but not rude. Computer showed no rooms in inventory. Overheard when she called someone for help. No type of explanation for delay. Check in took a lot longer than should have with prepaid. Property needs update and maintenance. Side door room card reader had sign about battery is dead so only good to exit. Not convenient when only parking left was on side of building. Room was very clean. Towels and sheets have seen better days but clean. Very neat and well presented for what was there. No lamp by bed. Bed was hard and not comfortable at all. I like extra firm but this was hard! Breakfast was something to just walk by and don't even look at. Good only to stay for a night. Not isolated to this hotel in the area, quality of all have dropped in last few years. And I used to really like super 8.

This motel exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean. It had all the accessories (microwave, large screen TV, refrigerator, etc. The continental breakfast was a little sparse but certainly adequate. Nice coin operated laundry. I would stay here again.

Manager Sam Patel accused me of being a Karen when I asked for some reasonable accommodation to make up for the fact there was no heat in the room. Cold air blowing out. Only 2 housekeepers to clean 55 rooms in 1 day, needless to say the bathroom walls and floors looked like someone had thrown up. And lastly, the elevator got stuck not once, not twice but three times in my less than 24 hour stay. (We are Wyndham rewards members and they will be responding.) Elevator SCREAMS. Carpet has 3 yr old gum in the hallways. Not even deserving of one star.
