If you’re looking to make some meals during your stay, you’ll find it’s well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, etc., along with every appliance you’ll need, including a dish washer. It even includes a coffee station with free coffee (caffeinated and de-caffeinated) and filters, tea, condiments, and device recharging receptacles (4 USBs) and cable.DINING ROOM: This a great room for meals and social gatherings with a large farmhouse style dining room table that seats 8 comfortably and a large buffet, soon to be stocked with plenty of board and card games.BATHROOMS• Bathroom 1 – Located on the first floor next to the kitchen with shower.• Bathroom 2 – Located on the second floor with tub and shower. This room also has a large 55” flat screen TV, free WiFi, and free access to YouTube TV, Prime Video, and Netflix.PORCHES: The front porch provides a separate area to relax in a comfy chair to read a book or nap or for more private conversations away from the main living areas. It’s also has air conditioning vents for a comfortable guest setting. The back porch also provides addition space for two people to visit and sit for morning coffee.OUTDOOR FEATURES• Spacious new patio with gas grill and propane tank• Patio furniture is in the works, but for now only a few lawn chairs.
