River District Hotel

What a wonderful little hotel! The front desk was very helpful as we hadn't asked for a ground floor room but they were able to accommodate us. Please note this hotel does not have an elevator. Breakfast was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay on way way to North Dakota.

Trip Advisor thank you for recommending this hotel, we did not want to leave. The breakfast with fresh homemade baked muffins made the visit feel like we stayed at an expensive bed and breakfast. The fluffy towels and premium mattress added to the experience.

Fantastic hotel all around!! Front desk person was very kind and very helpful. Our room was extremely clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was fantabulous! Highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!!! If we are ever in Prairie Du Chen again hands down we will be back!!

I typically do not do a review but this hotel warrants a compliment. We were welcomed by Chris Meyer, a lovely and personable woman with such a loyal commitment to making your stay a memorable one. The room had such a beautiful layout with touches that made you feel like you were important. Loved the little rubber ducky in the tub. The whole facility was impressive and impeccably clean. Now comes Darla, the chef. Another loyal associate that presented an amazing breakfast with so many personal touches and hilarious personality. All the associates had outstanding work ethics and a sense of commitment to the owners and patrons. We loved the touch of cheese and crackers along with ice cream in the evening served in the foyer area. I could go on and on. Endless compliments. The owners have done a fabulous job at making this one of our most memorable stays at a hotel. Didn't want to leave but will go back again. Thank you to all of you.
