Arka Motel

The whole place was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We had plenty of towels wash cloths. Loved the soaps and the real coffee cups and glasses. No plastics, that is a nice touch.

We booked The Arka after watching the remodel work that was done on Fixer to Fabulous. We were in town for Easter weekend and booked a double queen. The room had a table with chairs, small fridge and small microwave. We bought some items like cereal bowls, plastic utensils, paper plates and some extra water at the Walmart neighborhood market in Rogers. There is also a Dollar General less than 5 minutes away. We grabbed lunch and dinner at local establishments in Rogers and Bentonville. Overall the room was comfortable and we were in Room 10 which had an amazing view of the lake, I think the only other room that had a better view that us would be the 2 bedroom suite on the upper floor! On Saturday morning I asked one of the staff if we could get a bath floor mat and a couple more towels which they happily accommodated, and, added an extra chair to the room for the dining table when they realized there were 3 of us in there. There was definitely enough room for ourselves and our 13 year old son, the beds were comfy and the water in the shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink was HOT! I felt that the kitchen are was a nice size compared to what you find in most hotel rooms. Thanks again - we enjoyed our stay in NWA and Beaver Lake!

I attended a small event at Arka Motel and was so impressed. The place has been beautifully renovated. Our event was hosted in the 2-bedroom suite that had the huge balcony with lake view. It was perfect for a small gathering. The lobby has a cool, retro vibe that gives the place a lot of character, and everything felt clean, fresh, and well-designed. I wasn’t staying overnight this time, but I’m already planning to come back for a full weekend stay!
