阿瑪菲海岸上的明珠，旅途中的驚喜，所有細節十分到位，整個酒店都是白色的，但是沒有一絲臟污，餐點好吃，景色一流，德國總經理的用心堅持和老闆的品味一流，不接受12歲以下小童特別好，小孩不適合山邊的酒店，希望日後再訪能保持今日的美好😊

I should give it to this place : heavy luxury at its best The staff bends over backwards to serve you but in very respectful way Very clean, very exquisite Great food, both for breakfast and dinner BUT: Everything works great, when there are not that many guests. Once the hotel is getting crowded, isome things become mediocre at best. Forget about the sunbeds near the pool - they are always taken, because they are set only for like 20% of the guests. The same goes for the main restaurant - you won't get a table on the terrace, 'cause while there are tens of rooms in the hotel, there are only 6 tables. ( 250 steps to the beach, and no other decent places to eat nearby makes these issues quite important) I, personally, believe that for 1500 euros per night one should be eligible for a dinner table and for a sunbed. Thus, it is not a luxury place for me.

Esperienza deludente come dipendente: dietro la facciata a 5 stelle, condizioni di lavoro pessime Ho lavorato in questo hotel a 5 stelle e, nonostante l’eccellenza del servizio offerto ai clienti, l’esperienza lavorativa è stata estremamente deludente. Il benessere dei dipendenti sembra essere l’ultima delle priorità della direzione. Il clima lavorativo è teso, stressante e demotivante, con superiori spesso sgarbati e poco professionali. Le condizioni offerte al personale sono inaccettabili per una struttura di questo livello: non esiste una mensa dedicata ai dipendenti e, in caso di pioggia, mangiare diventa un problema. Il pasto quotidiano consiste in un unico piatto di pasta, senza alcuna varietà o considerazione per esigenze alimentari diverse. Fare la fila per un piatto scarno, da consumare in piedi o per terra, è una realtà quotidiana. Questa esperienza mi ha lasciato l’amaro in bocca. Un hotel di questo calibro dovrebbe prendersi cura non solo dei propri ospiti, ma anche delle persone che lavorano duramente ogni giorno per garantire quell’eccellenza.
