Uma vez que somos moradores da cidade da Praia, não nos aprouve ali nos alojarmos. No entanto por algumas vezes amigos nossos provenientes de outras paragens ali se alojaram. Segundo eles a grande vantagem desse alojamento é a localização, pois fica a meio da rua piedonal do bairro histórico, logo equidistante de muitas coisas e sítios importantes. Quanto ao resto têm boa opinião mas nada de extraordinário. Dizem que o preço da estada é razoável. Nós curtimos o hall de entrada, de aparência agradável e achamos que os nossos amigos tiveram bom acolhimento à chegada. A esplanada à entrada é também acolhedora.

Well located and lively area. Friendly staff. The price is somewhat high for what they offer. Normal breakfast. The lighting in the room and bathroom is very poor. The mattress needs to be changed and the AC does not cool much. Almost the best is the area where it is to see the center of Praia.

Stayed one night (booked by travel agency) and my experience wasn't good. The hotel is well located within walking distance of restaurants, shops and attractions. It can also be quite noisy as loud music is played outside. Small room, with modern decor. Upon arrival, I noticed that the sink was draining super slowly (see photo) and the wifi wasn't working (error message "Couldn't get IP address" with both my mobile phone and my laptop). Even though it was obvious that it was a network issue, one of the hotel employees insisted in messing around with my phone for 10-15 min - to no avail, of course. After several hours, the wifi started working, but with multiple hiccups. The same employee came to check the sink and declared that "it was fine". In the shower the water temperature was constantly fluctuating from scorching hot to cold in a matter of seconds, without touching the mixer. I reported this problem and it was "fixed" the next morning, when there was no hot water at all. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Well lit desk area. Breakfast with decent selection. The staff was generally unhelpful and unpleasant.

we were stranded because of bad weather, the airline put us in this hotel, we were told by the staff that we had a voucher of 1400$ ecv for lunch and 1400$ ecv for dinner, within that amount we could choose without any problem, the surplus it would be paid separately, the first day went well, the second day they changed the rules of the game and put on a buffet with just two dishes to choose from, obviously the cheapest, coffee and dessert had to be paid separately, without the right to a bottle of bottled water. location is perfect. we booked it for couple of days as a layover to the island of fogo. Some of their rooms are super small but i've seen smaller. Their breakfast is just ok. they can improve there. I WAS DISSPOINTED, HOWEVER, . I BOOKED AND PAID FOR A 1 NIGHT STAY UPON RETURNING FROM FOGO, AND WE ARRIVED TO CHECK IN, FRONT DESK HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL US THAT THEY MOVED our stay TO THEIR SISTER HOTEL to MAKE WAY FOR A GROUP OF EUROPEANS (HAVE TO EMPHASIZE IT BECAUSE CAPEVERDEANS HAVE AN INFERIOR COMPLEX TOWARDS EUROPEANS). oF COURSE I WASN'T GOING TO LET THAT SLIDE. WE STAYED WHERE WE PAID FOR.

We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our trip. Arriving there, we made another 2 reservations at reception for different travel times, in the same room category. On both occasions they tried to charge us more for a superior room without respecting the reserved room category. I recommend making the reservation in writing through their website or by email, to have proof of the agreed price and category. Otherwise, it's your word against his. Very unprofessional....
