The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and always willing to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. All the staff, from reception to cleaning services and the waiters in the restaurants, showed unparalleled cordiality and friendliness.
The resort facilities are impeccable, with a modern, comfortable and very well-maintained structure. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a wonderful view. The common areas, such as the pools and restaurants, are spacious and offer comfort and sophistication, providing a relaxing and pleasant environment.

The resort claims to be 5 stars, but the service is 1 star.
Since it is a 5 star resort, you would expect the service to be up to par, but the reality is that to get drinks at the bars and around the pool you sometimes have to wait in line at the counters. If it were a 5 star resort, there would be waiters serving around the pool.
On the beach, the service is even worse. There is only one small bar where drinks are not served, and the draft beer offered is Itaipava. If you want to drink a beer on the sand, you will have to walk to the bar to get one beer at a time, because the "hotel" does not provide ice buckets to put the drinks in.
It claims to be all inclusive, but if you go to the bar and ask for a bottle of any drink other than beer, you will not receive it, because according to them, it is dangerous to walk around with bottles. In other words, I am 4 years old again and I cannot have a bottle in my hands. I asked for a bottle of gin to drink in my room, as I wasn't in the mood to stay at the bar and get shots. O Resort é completo e perfeito para férias de família. Acomodações impecáveis e gastronomia ímpar. As piscinas e áreas comuns são um espetáculo a parte. A praia é linda, e parece saída de um cartão postal. As atividades oferecidas também merecem destaque: hidroginástica, tenis, bingo, karaokê e tiro ao alvo, com o instrutor Daniel, muito atencioso. E por último, não percam os shows noturnos no teatro, que são diversão garantida para toda família.

Estivemos 10 dias hospedado no resort, lá é tudo de bom. Desde a chegada no check-in, com muito carinho fomos recepcionados pelos concierge , em especial o Junior e a Michele que nos atenderam em toda a estadia com muita dedicação Agradeço ao Renato do setor de recepção que antecipadamente fez a reserva do nosso quarto Especial agradecimento a equipe do Prestige , Rafael e Denise que cuidou de mim e do meu marido, em todos os dias da hospedagem. Também agradeço ao Erick por tirar as dúvidas do The Club Somos um casal que frequentamos esse resort a mais de 12 anos. O que faz voltar todos os anos, são os funcionários, que nos atendem com carinho e competência. E a cada ano que voltamos sempre somos atendidos com muita dedicação é isso faz muita diferença na hospedagem O resort tem uma estrutura excelente, tem várias atividades diurnas e noturnas. A gastronomia dos restaurantes temáticos são deliciosos, vale a pena experimentar. Outro local que vale a pena é o SPA. O quartos são espaçosas e confortável . Minha experiência no Iberostar foi sensacional. Viajei com meu pai de 89 anos para um descanso. Ele, apesar de muito forte, possui uma limitação na caminhada devido a um desgaste no joelho. Isso não foi nenhum empecilho para que meu pai aproveitasse todos os dias da estadia. O hotel disponibilizou, sem custo adicional, uma cadeira de rodas, já que as distâncias são grandes entre os espaços. Destaque para o funcionário Joseph do RH que agilizou toda essa parte. O ponto alto do passeio foi proporcionado pelos salva vidas Júlio, Marcelo e Walter. Sem condições de entrar no mar devido ao joelho, eles conseguiram, com o maior cuidado e carinho, levar o meu pai para um inesquecível banho. Eles usaram uma cadeira anfíbia, boia e toda a experiência. Foram minutos de intensa alegria não só do meu pai, mas de todas as pessoas que estavam na praia e que choraram e aplaudiram a cena. Marcelo, Júlio e Walter deram uma aula de compaixão, empatia, respeito e amor. O mundo precisa de pessoas como eles. O único ponto que não curti no hotel foram os shows noturnos. Com uma cultura regional tão rica e exuberante como a do nordeste, o hotel nos apresentou shows americanizados e eurocêntricos.
