Hotels near Praha-Cakovice Railway Station, Prague

The room is not big, the bathtub is in the room, L'Occitane's toiletries. The external environment of the hotel is very good, the big garden, there is a bus directly to the subway station at the door, and the traffic is convenient. Breakfast is not bad, suitable for vacation

It was an enjoyable stay, nice rooms, good food, very nice employes. The rooms were clean and in good condition, the beds are very comfortable. When I come to Pragu again will be staying here. Definitly recomend to all.

We stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. Our reason for staying was that we were attending Lewis Capaldi at the O2 (just opposite!) Prior to arrival, I had asked if they offered anything additional for my partner’s birthday. I received an email back quite promptly that I could purchase a bottle of bubbles or a cheesecake. I opted for the bubbles and asked for this to be in the room on arrival. Before we arrived, we received a notification through the Bonvoy app that our room was ready. On arrival, this was not the case. We waited for an additional 20 minutes or so, and the reception staff were very friendly and went through the city map with us. The room was spacious enough, and included a nice welcome message - though my partners birthday was not mentioned (something we had in previously hotels - so maybe something to consider?) Unfortunately the bottle of bubbles was not in the room, which was a little disappointing. Reception kindly allowed me to borrow a EUxUK adaptor. Once I had got back to the room, a member of reception had bought the bottle up. However, I was not there which ruined the surprise and whole reason I had done it. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. The food was okay, but the service was poor and inattentive. Before the concert, we had asked about access. We were told the hotel had a special entrance, and we’re given the necessary stickers to gain access - something we should’ve been asked & given on check-in? After the concert, we returned for a few drinks in the bar. The bar appeared to have a mixture of guests and non-guests, which was perfectly fine. However, the service was very poor. The bartenders prioritised Czech nationals and females, rather than adopting a ‘who’s next’ approach. This was also clear when table service was given to native Czechs, and not ourselves. The beds were pretty hard, though I would put this down to them being new and unavoidable. All in all, I would return if I were to be visiting a concert back to the O2. The hotel is outside of the city, but the metro is only 12 minutes away - the metro is incredibly good and extremely easy to use so this posed no issue at all.

Enjoyable stay at the hotel. Reception service was very friendly and full of local and Prague information for a couple on a holiday. Would happily stay again if I ever travel to Prague. The hotel was very clean and warm. The reception and the lobby had a feel of a top of the range/high star hotel. Only slight downfall was that the rooms were slightly dated and just felt like a bed and four walls.

Lovely clean hotel. Breakfast was great loads of choices. I am vegan and didn't struggle and my partner who is not vegan found the breakfast really good. Really easy to get the tram into the old town and cheap as well. Parking on the site nearby very easy to find and park. Nice touch with the free bottle of red wine. Checked out and the receptionist Jan offered us two bottles of water for our journey. All of the staff are amazing would definitely stay here again next time we are in Prague.

It is a general hotel, the front desk grandfather reacts and speaks slowly, takes a room to do a check, feels 10,000 years, the family temporarily uses, the room facilities are similar to the domestic guest house, the breakfast is good in this grade. Don't expect too much, this price is quite satisfactory, there is a bus nearby to go to the old town, there is a gas station opposite, parking has a small parking lot, 6 Euro

Me and my wife stayed at the hotel twice in a short time. It has great location near Krizikova Metro station, and tram stop, both of which can comfortably get you to city center in few minutes. Rooms are clean, modern, 4 star standard. Breakfasts are sufficient. Using this hotel before my flights from Prague.

It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. Excellent value for money, hotel quality at a hostel price.

My spouse, my friends, and I stayed 2 nights for Canada Day weekend at Mama Shelter prague. It's in a great location, short transit to old Town Prague with multiple ways of getting there. Bolt, scooters, tram, or even walking works as well. Staff was friendly, except for when we got back to our hotel room on Saturday night. The door was left open by house keeping and luckily nothing was stolen. A woman staff member at the front didn't believe what I told her, so we showed her and said something would be done about it. Upon checking out, there were no notes, and nothing was done. So definitely a lack of professionalism by the night staff. Breakfast was excellent with alot of choices. It's a buffet and is open from 7am to 1030am most days. Food was fresh and 0 issues. The room was clean and spacious. King size bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was okay, but could've been better. 2 TVs and 2 bathrooms. So it was a comfortable stay for us. Overall, definitely worth the money you pay to have everything included. I still believe the hotel parking should be included into the price like in North America.

Just spent three lovely nights at this hotel.Hotel is very clean and staff are so helpful especially Christina On front desk.The hotel is a bit out of town centre more in a residential area but tram stops directly outside and metro is a 5min walk which takes 10mins to muzeum where you get off simple . Breakfast is buffet and is hot and cold and plentiful.Overall great value but not if you don't like the hassle of travelling in and out of city.
