1) The hotel should strengthen its publicity. For example, I didn’t know that there was a restaurant service because the restaurant was on the second floor, but there was no indication of the restaurant in the lobby.
So all of them are eating out
2) The restroom in the hotel is clean and spacious, which is really appreciated👍🏻

It was good, check in till 24:00, if your flight delay just calls their emergency contact number they provided on the website to provide self check in, don't email, they won't respond to your email even if you provided your booking number.
The room is clean, sound proof not so good. That's why they tell you after 10pm don't make noise, shower head water is not strong and you might take it sometimes, walk 2 min to tram and tram to city 15 minutes, if you walk take around 30-40. A lot of cafes within 2-3 minutes walking, If you stay on the top floor and bring along an eye cover, summer sunrise will be 5am, you might wake up in sunlight.
A good hotel downstairs has a pub for some drinks.
We booked a triple family room with a living room, but the other bed was placed on a double sofa bed in the living room, leaving no space in the living room. The bed couldn't even fit the luggage. This hotel only sells double rooms, and the equipment is old. The photos uploaded by the hotel are distorted. Thanks to Trip.com for assisting with check-out. The hotel refused to refund my stay. I booked for four nights and left after one night. This hotel does not have barrier-free space. There are five steps at the entrance of the hotel. In fact, it can be improved by building a ramp, but they did not do it, so it can be seen that their internal facilities are also mediocre.

First of all, the facilities are new and good. There is a lot of storage space. It is clean.
The service part is what needs improvement. There is almost no guide for living. Even the cleaning cycle in the room was not followed. If you send an email to the manager, you will hardly get a response, and I don't know if it is the maintenance guy on the first floor, but he is better. If you have any problems or questions, tell him. That will solve it faster.
The location was good for the price of the hotel. There was an elevator, but it was inconvenient because I had to go up and down half a flight of stairs. I stayed for 3 days, but the towels were only changed the next day. The bedding and bathroom were clean, and it was quiet and comfortable to stay.

This is my first time in Prague and this is one expensive hotel (but I guess it's like this for all hotels in Prague). Location wise, it's is a walkable 15 minutes to the main train station or the metro station is only a few mintues away. The staff are really helpful. They helped planned my day's sightseeing! There are a few restaurants nearby but most still require about a 5 to 10 minute walk.
The room itself is very clean, spacious and come with all the usual amenities. I have some issues with getting hot water for showering on one of the day which was fixed quite promptly but I think the hot water is only satisfactory hot (and not like boiling hot). I stayed during the winter months so the AC in the room don't work. The building is centrally heated and the temperature adjustment is against the wall. It took me two days to figure this out though the temperature in my room was okay (so it doesn't really matter).
Overall, my stay has been pleasant and I will likely stay here again next time I'm in Prague (and I will be back. Prague is such a beautiful city). I'm hoping next time I won't need to fork out an arm and a leg to stay here.

The hotel was much what you'd expect from an Ibis - affordable and functional. About 10 minute walk from Wenceslas Square and the old town square another 5 minutes from there.
The room was small and very warm but clean and fine for 2 nights. Not sure it would have been comfortable for any longer.
No safe in the room and only an open clothes rail with a couple of shelves.
The mattress was very firm and only given one pillow and one towel each. I expect we could have asked for more but we didn't.
Very easy to get from and to the airport using Uber and everywhere else for us was walkable.
Ideal for an Xmas market visit.

Although l booked for a single room type, surprisingly the room size is very big. At first, l feel like the room itself a bit old school design, but after staying there for 2 nights, l realized that it is actually quite comfortable. The room and bathroom are generally clean. Also, surprisngly there is kitchen in the room itself, with the minibar as well. The receptionist is very friendly. There is free luggage storage for those who require to depart late after room check out.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room was clean and comfortable, the location was good, the price was not expensive, but the breakfast was too simple, and the difference between the other two hotels in Prague was a little different. The prices of the other two hotels are similar to those here, but the breakfast is good. Much more and the location is closer to the Old Town Square, so the price is not very high
GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, has kitchen pantry for simple cooking and microwave. Slightly old interior but was neat. Service was average, the receptionist was willing to answer questions but not eager to help.
Location was alright, around 20-25 mins to old town by tram. However we did not find large supermarkets near the hotel, there were small convenience shops 3-5 mins away.

DDanni MacGreat location, accessed via the tourist information centre. Helpful and friendly staff, clean communal areas. Apartment was really spacious and had a comfy bed, small kitchen area, table for dining and a small bathroom. Location was great, literally next door to the lift down to L.Pavlova metro station and in walking distance to lots of sites, restaurants, shops etc. Check in and out was simple and we were able to store our cases on site, for a couple of hours, whilst we went out for food before our flight home. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserThe hotel is showing its age; the bathroom lacked storage space or hooks for towels, and the smell in the bathroom was disgusting. The beds didn't have slatted frames, just boards, and the mattresses were worn out.
Breakfast was different in the two rooms. The second room down in the basement served the same thing two days a week; on the last day, we were able to get a seat in the first room; the selection there was good and solid.
Our room was in the basement, which didn't bother us at first, but it was very annoying when the air conditioning units were left on overnight. The hotel is also quite noisy.
Pros: Good connection to the old town, about a 20-minute walk away. There is also a lovely pedestrian zone nearby with shops and a beautiful church.
