The best Hostel I have ever stayed. Cleanless, location reception are perfect. You have everything you need in the room. Clean towel, shampoo, locker, comfortable beds placed considering your privacy. Nothin to say negative. Thanks

First of all, the facilities are new and good. There is a lot of storage space. It is clean.
The service part is what needs improvement. There is almost no guide for living. Even the cleaning cycle in the room was not followed. If you send an email to the manager, you will hardly get a response, and I don't know if it is the maintenance guy on the first floor, but he is better. If you have any problems or questions, tell him. That will solve it faster.
We booked a triple family room with a living room, but the other bed was placed on a double sofa bed in the living room, leaving no space in the living room. The bed couldn't even fit the luggage. This hotel only sells double rooms, and the equipment is old. The photos uploaded by the hotel are distorted. Thanks to Trip.com for assisting with check-out. The hotel refused to refund my stay. I booked for four nights and left after one night. This hotel does not have barrier-free space. There are five steps at the entrance of the hotel. In fact, it can be improved by building a ramp, but they did not do it, so it can be seen that their internal facilities are also mediocre.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and having a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and utensils was a great convenience during our 4-night stay. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.
Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic - there was a supermarket just opposite and nearby, and it is within walking distance (800m) to the museum, opera house, and train station. Moreover, the proximity to the I P Pavlova tram and train station, just a 3-minute walk away, made getting around the city incredibly easy. Overall, a highly recommendable hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city!

In general ok ish place... Not too bad for a single night stay with the price but can definitely do better. Will not come back.
Pros:
Great location. Very close to metro station line C and tram station. Walkable distance to the national museum. I like the window can be fully open and air conditioning is powerful. WiFi is quite fast. Receptionists speak fluent English.
Cons:
There are some hygiene issues. The water bottle provided for drinking water still has bread crumbs or whatever crumbs in the lid when I moved in (see photo). Clearly hasn't been washed 🤢. The dripping tray of the water machine in the corridor is always full (I discarded it twice the same day). When it's full, the water won't come out. No staff member is taking care of this. The room is quite small compared to Ibis room in other countries at the same level.
Note there is no fridge in the room.
In the bedroom there is no bin. I need to walk to the bathroom to throw away rubbish.

The hotel is showing its age; the bathroom lacked storage space or hooks for towels, and the smell in the bathroom was disgusting. The beds didn't have slatted frames, just boards, and the mattresses were worn out.
Breakfast was different in the two rooms. The second room down in the basement served the same thing two days a week; on the last day, we were able to get a seat in the first room; the selection there was good and solid.
Our room was in the basement, which didn't bother us at first, but it was very annoying when the air conditioning units were left on overnight. The hotel is also quite noisy.
Pros: Good connection to the old town, about a 20-minute walk away. There is also a lovely pedestrian zone nearby with shops and a beautiful church.

1) The hotel should strengthen its publicity. For example, I didn’t know that there was a restaurant service because the restaurant was on the second floor, but there was no indication of the restaurant in the lobby.
So all of them are eating out
2) The restroom in the hotel is clean and spacious, which is really appreciated👍🏻
The hotel has a good location and a good breakfast, with options of fruit, cereals and some local food. But the comfort and service of the staff in general left something to be desired. The room is an adequate size, but the bed is uncomfortable, a little hard, and makes a lot of noise when moving during the night. The bathroom is small and the shower space is even smaller, with a plastic curtain, which makes it very difficult to use as water easily runs into the bathroom and the curtain sticks to the body of the person taking a shower. The service at the reception was a little harsh, appearing to have some inexperience in dealing with tourists, which contrasts with the receptivity and courtesy that we identified in people in Prague, in general. For this reason, we believe it is not the best cost-benefit for the city. Prague is a beautiful, happy and lively city. Certainly when we return we will look for a more comfortable and better rated hotel.

Really kind and helpful staff. Very good stay experience. The room was very tidy and spacious. the staff was very kind, I forgot my AirPods at the hotel but I had left Prague by then to travel to another country. The staff helped me mail it to the local hotel. So grateful to the staff. Attachment picture is the setting sun of the front of Hotel Brezina Pension.

The room was quite spacious, has kitchen pantry for simple cooking and microwave. Slightly old interior but was neat. Service was average, the receptionist was willing to answer questions but not eager to help.
Location was alright, around 20-25 mins to old town by tram. However we did not find large supermarkets near the hotel, there were small convenience shops 3-5 mins away.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room was clean and comfortable, the location was good, the price was not expensive, but the breakfast was too simple, and the difference between the other two hotels in Prague was a little different. The prices of the other two hotels are similar to those here, but the breakfast is good. Much more and the location is closer to the Old Town Square, so the price is not very high
