Everything is excellent here: location, cleanness, and the warm services. My train was delayed and I arrived Prague very late, worse still, my Google maps led me to a wrong hotel. It was around 11pm, then I received the owner's message who told me how to get to the right one petienly. I am really grateful with him to help me in such a late night. In addition to this, I enjoyed my stay there very much, the room is very spacious and warm. The hotel is quiet yet close to the city centre and the public transport.

- Stayed in a dorm room shared with 8
- As I was a solo traveller, this was a good arrangement
- No towels or shampoo provided, bring your own
- Breakfast is good, book together with the room to get a good deal
- Since breakfast is buffet style it is good to eat more
- There are events and walking tours promoted by the hostel
- There are a Vietnamese restaurant that opens till midnight nearby if you need a good supper

Hotel was great, close to all the tourists sites.
Trams were only a few minutes walk so had access to all parts of Prague.
Hotel services were excellent and the breakfast was fantastic. A wide variety to select from.
Dining in the hotel in the evening, had a great menu

The hotel was clean and designed classic style. Especially the restaurant’s hot raspberry ice cream was magnificent. It was so delicious that I even bought 3 of them. Make sure to taste their ice cream, it is a must try. The server was friendly and overall, everything was great. Also their breakfast was astoundingly delicious. I had an awesome time in this hotel. I recommend this place’s food because it’s out of this world. I am definitely going back here.

This is my first time in Prague and this is one expensive hotel (but I guess it's like this for all hotels in Prague). Location wise, it's is a walkable 15 minutes to the main train station or the metro station is only a few mintues away. The staff are really helpful. They helped planned my day's sightseeing! There are a few restaurants nearby but most still require about a 5 to 10 minute walk.
The room itself is very clean, spacious and come with all the usual amenities. I have some issues with getting hot water for showering on one of the day which was fixed quite promptly but I think the hot water is only satisfactory hot (and not like boiling hot). I stayed during the winter months so the AC in the room don't work. The building is centrally heated and the temperature adjustment is against the wall. It took me two days to figure this out though the temperature in my room was okay (so it doesn't really matter).
Overall, my stay has been pleasant and I will likely stay here again next time I'm in Prague (and I will be back. Prague is such a beautiful city). I'm hoping next time I won't need to fork out an arm and a leg to stay here.

Ridiculous staff refused to return stored luggage
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, facilities, and the staff who checked us in on the first day and greeted us at breakfast were nice. When I checked out on Friday, Sep 13, a staff member even offered to store our luggage before we asked. Everything was satisfactory up until this point.
Later that afternoon, we returned to the hotel and asked a middle-aged male staff member at the front desk to retrieve our luggage. He said we could not get our luggage until 4 pm, pointing to my storage receipt, which had a number 4 on it. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule or any reason why a hotel would refuse to return stored belongings to their owners at any time of day. It just didn’t make any sense.
We repeated our simple request, and my friend added that it was an emergency—we already had a taxi waiting outside (parking was difficult, and it was raining heavily), and we didn’t have much time to get to the train station to catch our FlixBus at 3 pm. Still, the male staff member refused again, with a stern expression, repeating the same nonsensical reason.
Running out of time and patience, my friend yelled, “Are you kidding me?” At that point, the staff member finally admitted he was joking and took us to the storage room to retrieve our luggage. We were in such a hurry that I didn’t have the time or presence of mind to confront him further.
If the hotel values feedback, I hope this male staff member is made aware that this “joke” was not appreciated and that his behavior was highly disrespectful of our time.
Our sense of urgency was clear—if he knowingly decided to “tease” us in that moment, it shows a completely unacceptable level of disrespect.
I don’t intend to discourage people from booking this hotel, and it’s unfortunate, as all the other staff we encountered and everything else about the hotel were otherwise excellent. This one staff member, however, turned what could have been a perfect experience into an unpleasant one.

Location is good and it takes only less than 5 minutes walk from Praha hl.n station. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. They made me feel welcome and assisted in any way they can. Good customers service.
Room was reasonably large for a single occupancy, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. Had 2 good night sleep.
Breakfast was typical western with cheese, meat, fruit, cereal, pastries, coffee and tea. Reasonably good and worth the value.
The hotel location near Praha hl.n means connection using Metro to other parts of Prague very convenient. You can buy the 12, 24 or 72 hours pass at the station. Prague is a walkable city and you can walk around most places within 20 minutes or so.
Enjoy the nice architecture medieval buildings but Prague Castle is a bit far and need to climb the steep hill. Recommended to take Tram 22 at the Malostranka metro station.

When I made the booking, I had entered 3 adults and 1 child, but at check-in, they only had 3 adults in the system. That was a bit disappointing. When I showed my Trip.com booking confirmation, the hotel staff said it might have been a technical issue.
Luckily, I was able to check in my son without any extra charge, but the room was only prepared for 3 adults. So my kids ended up sharing the couch. I went to the reception and kindly asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they provided.
That’s why I can’t give 5 stars.
Parking was €35 for 24 hours, and breakfast was €20 – which I found quite expensive.
But overall, the stay was okay – the hotel was very clean and in a central location.

Amazing
GGuest UserWe stayed overnight at the Mosaic House Design Hotel for an anniversary/birthday trip to Prague. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful, our room was lovely and modern with a rooftop view over the city and all the extras you could possibly need. Breakfast was tasty with a good level of variety and the Mosaic cafe was nice for a coffee and cake with lots of comfortable seating and a lovely ambience. We would definitely return should we visit the city again as the location was excellent, close enough to the hustle and bustle but quiet enough to get away from it all.

CCHAN WA KIThe location is very good. Important attractions are within walking distance, such as the Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, the Powder Tower, etc. Next to it is the Palladium shopping mall, where my wife bought a lot of things. The subway and light rail are very convenient. And the price-performance ratio is high, it is worth booking again

VValenQiThe hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes walk from the old town, and the surrounding subway buses are also very rich. The hotel's health is really not flattering. I arrived late on the first night and wanted to boil hot water. As a result, there was a small half of the water in the kettle. There was also a mildew spot floating in it, which was disgusting to vomit. The next day, I took the kettle to tell the front desk, an apology, no compensation! ! ! The next night, the light in the bathroom was turned on and it could not be turned off directly. I don't know the reason. I slept in the light environment for the next two nights. Also, I dare not boil water, but the two bottles of water in the room are not filled.

LLittleMoonMoonA comfortable hotel with convenient location. One downside is you can’t lock the door when you go out…I was shocked but the counter staff said that’s normal and their hotel was really safe. It might be but I still worried for the whole time when I was out. Because of this, I won’t come back next time.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was average overall. The interior felt outdated, with tiled flooring instead of carpeting. Although the room was spacious, it lacked proper soundproofing, making it easy to overhear the activities of neighboring guests.

身身高不足一米六Advantages: Good location, nearby trams, subway station, 10 minutes to the train station, very convenient. Continental + English breakfast, rich. There is an electric kettle in the room, which is really intimate. Many European hotels do not have a kettle.
Disadvantages: The room on the tram side is slightly noisy at night. And the tram line is at night, that is, trams pass through all night. Ignore good sleep quality, poor sleep quality, it is recommended to ask the front desk to arrange non-street rooms.
Overall, it is very good. recommend.

GGuest UserIt was close to Prague Central Station, and it was quiet so I was able to rest comfortably.
Prague can be explored by walking, so accessibility is not bad, so I had an enjoyable trip.

Location: From Central Station, it takes about 12-15 minutes to walk, or you can get there within 10 minutes by subway.
It only takes ten minutes to walk to the Old Town area. There are many supermarkets nearby.
Service: The service is very good. I booked other days on other platforms, and the staff will take the initiative to arrange the same room without having to check in again. In addition, I set off from Budapest to Prague. When I arrived, it was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The hotel staff also provided warm service and introduced the attractions.
Facilities: Breakfast is provided, which is delicious (better than many restaurants outside)
The gym room is very large and has sufficient facilities

LLimCan’t fault this hotel, especially for price quality ratio. Very old fashioned furnishings in need of an update but if you are not fussy like me, but does the job. Clean. Even has Netflix on tv.
