My friend and I were truly amazed when we saw our apartment – it exceeded our expectations! The location of the apartment was near the historical center. However, we did experience a minor inconvenience on August 15, 2025. At first, we received an email stating that check-in was at 3:00 PM, but after refreshing the app, the time suddenly changed to 4:00 PM. I immediately contacted the reception via email to let them know that I was already in front of the apartment and had planned everything according to the original check-in time. The receptionist was very professional and reassured me that I could still check in at 3:00 PM. She provided me with a working access code, and we were able to enter the apartment without any further issues. I really appreciated her quick and calm response, especially considering that she manages 20 other buildings. Her promptness made a great impression! The apartment had new and modern furnishings. The bathroom was well equipped with its own hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, hand cream, and towels. The kitchen featured a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary ristretto and lungo capsules, as well as a selection of teas. There was also a kettle, stovetop, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware like plates, glasses, and pots. The entire room was equipped with a smart system — for example, if the window was open, the air conditioning would automatically turn off. The AC itself was cleverly designed, as it was positioned low but still cooled the room effectively. The TV was a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, a web browser, YouTube, and regular TV channels. The room was equipped with an iron and ironing board inside the wardrobe. We will definitely return in the near future to the botanist.

체크인데스크에 사람이 상주하지 않는다는게 부담스럽지않아 좋다고 생각했는데 한밤중 대피사건은 정말 악몽이었습니다. 사이렌이 울렸을때 장난이라고 믿고싶었고 사람들이 대피하길래 다같이 1층으로 내려갔지만 30분간 어떤 직원도 볼수없었습니다. 모두가 불안에 떨던 그 순간을 잊을수없고 최고의 장점이라고 생각했던 순간이 최고의 단점이 되었어요. 상황에 대한 설명도 없었고 다른 숙박객에게 단순 절전이라고 전해들었습니다. 룸컨디션이랑 위치는 괜찮았지만 아쉬운 부분이 있네요

連續玩了三個國家，這個酒店客服可以説是最差的一個。在線客服英文很差，完全聽不懂我的個人訴求。我當天是下午六點多才到酒店，前台都已經下班，離譜的是給我的房間密碼無法打開外門，我們衹能電話聯繫在線客服，結果對方一直在插話（她聽不懂我的意思，但是一直很強硬地説密碼是正確的，中間多次打斷我説話，並用她那個蹩腳的英文跟我説每一步的步驟，我多次嘗試無果，跟對方説明，結果對方聽不懂還在説）拉扯了半天還是打不開門，客服才同意遠程幫忙打開。因為客服聽不懂英文並且不相信無法打開外門，我就求助了當地住户進行檢測，對方發現我的密碼的確無法開門後並用捷克語和遠程客服進行溝通，客服才同意給我更換密碼，總之浪費了將近一個小時時間，非常差的服務！！！！ 這個酒店唯一好處就是地理位置很好，去周邊景點和吃飯都很方便。

We struggled to find the hotel but we're very happy with everything. Location, cleanliness, staff and rooms were wonderful. They even made us a breakfast to take with us as we were leaving early. Worth every penny.

It is the best location very close to the old town square. It was convenient because there was an elevator and a washing machine. It was a satisfactory accommodation except that the location of the hotel reception was different from the location that Trip.com told me.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Prague Central Station and Old Town Square, making travel very convenient. The room is very spacious, with two large beds and one small bed. We are a family of 5 and it is enough. The room is very new and fully heated, which is really nice. However, hotel orders are confirmed by email, so it will be a bit difficult if your English is not good. Because it is an apartment, there is no front desk. It would take about six to seven hundred meters to store luggage.

The house is very large, suitable for 4 people, and the location is very good. Downstairs is the commercial street. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to popular attractions such as the Astronomical Clock and Thai Church. The only general thing is that the elevator is a bit old and can't carry too many people and luggage at one time.

Very quiet, the sun is also very good during the day👍🏻 I booked a double room without breakfast (15 euros/person is a bit expensive), and there will be a tourist bag when checking out. We were charged 200 Czech coins for 2 people at that time
