The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room.
The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly.
It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

The room was not large, but the ceiling was high so it wasn't cramped. The bathtub is also spacious and good. It was nice that it was easy to get to the center. It's a little far from the central station, and the cobblestone pavement makes it quite difficult with large suitcases, so I recommend taking a taxi.
The breakfast was very delicious and I looked forward to it every morning.
The people at the hotel were very nice and it was a good stay. thank you very much.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location and only less than 1 minute to the Astronomical Clock. Very easy to get to from the airport. The hotel is very clean and breakfast was great. Lots of choices both hot and cold, fresh honey and free glass of Prosecco. As the hotel is right next to the Hard Rock Cafe, some rooms can hear the music but the hotel provides you with ear plugs which was nice.

It's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in during my trip to Europe. I like the hotel so much that I want to stay in Prague more. It's not a general hotel, but a local building, not old, very clean, and equipped with a coffee machine. There is also a safe. The location is very good, and the wifi is very fast. If you come to Prague, you will stay again.

Very good experience, the room is large and clean, very close to every attraction, almost every attraction can be reached on foot, there are many restaurants nearby, and the transportation is very convenient.

It is the best location very close to the old town square. It was convenient because there was an elevator and a washing machine. It was a satisfactory accommodation except that the location of the hotel reception was different from the location that Trip.com told me.

The location is first-class to go to the clock, the center is super convenient to go to the center.
Clean room, one double bed with sofa bed
But the only room is a bit old, the teak door frame is rotten
I live on the 4th floor and the view from the window is very good.

GGuest UserThe location is really great. But they didn't give me the access code, so I went to the reception, but it wasn't the given address, but somewhere else... The reception staff was the worst.
I expected it to be unfriendly, but it was worse than I expected. I was embarrassed once when the water didn't come out when washing, but other than that, everything was fine. ah! They asked me to pay more for one towel per person, but they asked for 5 more days and received it without payment. The location is really great, so I'm really satisfied. The elevator was okay, and although it wasn't soundproof, it was okay. It smelled a bit like a sewer in the bathroom. In the living room bathroom

SSAM CHEONGThe hotel is located in the old town with many attractions and eateries nearby. It took me CZK380 by Bolt to get to the airport in about 30 minutes. The signage of the hotel was not eye-catching so be careful when searching.
The hotel was part of an old building so were the facilities and furnishings. People should be reminded that the only lift stops between floors, that is to say, everyone have to walk half a floor.
The rooms were not air conditioned while a fan was provided instead.
