Prime location with the Devil’s Cathedral and Astronomical Clock just a doorstep away - which is essential if you wanna take beautiful photos in the early mornings with NO crowds!!! Another plus is the hearty breakfast of diversity and variety. The salad is top notch! Free sparkling wine to accompany breakfast is definitely a surprise. The dining venue is also of historical value. Last but not least, the staff led by Front Office Manager Mario are exceptionally helpful and friendly, no matter you ask for sightseeing tips, takeout breakfast due to early checkout or tapes for your wounds. I have no hesitation to highly recommend this gem in Prague. Thank you Mario and your great team!!!

It is the best location very close to the old town square. It was convenient because there was an elevator and a washing machine. It was a satisfactory accommodation except that the location of the hotel reception was different from the location that Trip.com told me.

The location is very convenient, within easy walking distance of the old town as well as the Charles Bridge.
The bed offers exceptional comfort. The only drawback is that the view consists solely of the building across, but this doesn't affect me in the slightest.

We paid city tax of 8 euros for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located on the banks of the Vltava River and the views are amazing. We booked through trip.com and got a special discount for airline ticket holders, so it was a great deal.

The location is great and there are facilities and places to go, see, and eat nearby.
It was good.
Transportation is also convenient using public transportation.
It's a shame there were no slippers or water.

It's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in during my trip to Europe. I like the hotel so much that I want to stay in Prague more. It's not a general hotel, but a local building, not old, very clean, and equipped with a coffee machine. There is also a safe. The location is very good, and the wifi is very fast. If you come to Prague, you will stay again.

The hotel is located in the old town with many attractions and eateries nearby. It took me CZK380 by Bolt to get to the airport in about 30 minutes. The signage of the hotel was not eye-catching so be careful when searching.
The hotel was part of an old building so were the facilities and furnishings. People should be reminded that the only lift stops between floors, that is to say, everyone have to walk half a floor.
The rooms were not air conditioned while a fan was provided instead.

It is Prague to stay in three hotels on the left. It is really central.
The location is first-class to go to the clock, the center is super convenient to go to the center.
Clean room, one double bed with sofa bed
But the only room is a bit old, the teak door frame is rotten
I live on the 4th floor and the view from the window is very good.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is excellent, it is very convenient to go to the ancient city of the castle, the staff has a strong sense of service, the four restaurants 🍴 The dining is also delicious, the supporting facilities are complete and new, the only thing that wants to vomit is that the bathroom door is leaking under the seal, so the bathroom is full of water. Very annoying 😑

SShuimansanlouOn a business trip in Europe, I passed through Prague, Czech Republic, and chose to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel near Charles Bridge on the Vltava River. The hotel is great, old-fashioned traditional hotel style, exquisite rooms, excellent restaurant, serving breakfast, dinner and tea. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the famous Old Town Square. There are various types of power switches in hotel rooms, and it takes some time to figure them out.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very spacious and self-check-in. Take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, RMB 130. The hotel can cook and eat by yourself. In Prague, eating outside is very expensive. We ate two eggs and a piece of toast, and spent 113 yuan per person. Make it yourself, 180 yuan, we ate 5 meals! 2 breakfasts, 3 dinners, that's so cost-effective!

GGuest UserThe location was very good near the Charles Bridge and the view outside the window was good. Two bedrooms and two toilets were spacious enough for a family of four, and the living room and kitchen were well equipped (all refrigerator gas ovens and microwave coffee pots)
I didn't know how to operate the washing machine, so I contacted the email, but the reply came quickly.
If you check in online in advance, the password before entering the room will be emailed on the same day, and you don't need to go to the separate reception. Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation~
