New, modern hotel near the station. Also close to old town and wenceslas square. Wifi excellent staff excellent. No.complaints will stay here again

Location is good and it takes only less than 5 minutes walk from Praha hl.n station. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. They made me feel welcome and assisted in any way they can. Good customers service. Room was reasonably large for a single occupancy, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. Had 2 good night sleep. Breakfast was typical western with cheese, meat, fruit, cereal, pastries, coffee and tea. Reasonably good and worth the value. The hotel location near Praha hl.n means connection using Metro to other parts of Prague very convenient. You can buy the 12, 24 or 72 hours pass at the station. Prague is a walkable city and you can walk around most places within 20 minutes or so. Enjoy the nice architecture medieval buildings but Prague Castle is a bit far and need to climb the steep hill. Recommended to take Tram 22 at the Malostranka metro station.

A comfortable hotel with convenient location. One downside is you can’t lock the door when you go out…I was shocked but the counter staff said that’s normal and their hotel was really safe. It might be but I still worried for the whole time when I was out. Because of this, I won’t come back next time.

- Stayed in a dorm room shared with 8 - As I was a solo traveller, this was a good arrangement - No towels or shampoo provided, bring your own - Breakfast is good, book together with the room to get a good deal - Since breakfast is buffet style it is good to eat more - There are events and walking tours promoted by the hostel - There are a Vietnamese restaurant that opens till midnight nearby if you need a good supper

체크인데스크에 사람이 상주하지 않는다는게 부담스럽지않아 좋다고 생각했는데 한밤중 대피사건은 정말 악몽이었습니다. 사이렌이 울렸을때 장난이라고 믿고싶었고 사람들이 대피하길래 다같이 1층으로 내려갔지만 30분간 어떤 직원도 볼수없었습니다. 모두가 불안에 떨던 그 순간을 잊을수없고 최고의 장점이라고 생각했던 순간이 최고의 단점이 되었어요. 상황에 대한 설명도 없었고 다른 숙박객에게 단순 절전이라고 전해들었습니다. 룸컨디션이랑 위치는 괜찮았지만 아쉬운 부분이 있네요

Hotel staff are so friendly! It was an easy check in online! I loved that! You arrive and just get the key thats it! On my last day, the receptionist helped me with my luggage I love masculine men ;) Rooms are beautiful! Clean, nice! Quiet! Great location!

The location of the hotel is very good. Just go straight all the way to the famous attraction Powder Tower, and then go straight to the city center. The room facilities are also very clean. The hotel breakfast is an average type of food.

The hotel's kitchen is really convenient, you can buy something to go back to the store. The younger brother at the front desk seems to go to work at 10 o'clock in the morning, and it is very early to get off work, so it is best to contact in advance if you check out early or arrive late. The hotel only has electric fans and no air conditioning, but the weather in the Czech Republic is very good and does not require air conditioning. The room is quite big, it is really pleasant for two people to live. The location is also very good, only a few minutes away from the Old Town Square, very close to the gunpowder tower, we go to the sights are basically walking.

I called several times and didn't throw the garbage. I don't know why. I saw it and said that I sent an email and put the sign.

I couldn't contact the staff at all. I didn't get a reply to my emails, and I didn't get a reply to my messages on the platform. I couldn't call because of my overseas phone card. I don't know if no one answered. Anyway, it was a state of crying to the sky and the earth but getting no response. There were no tissues, the coffee machine was broken, and none of them could be solved. If something happened, I felt that I couldn't find the hotel to deal with it. I felt helpless. When I confirmed the order email before, it said that I had to check in online in advance to send the door code later, and the door code would be sent to me at least 24 hours in advance. I didn't receive it one day in advance, so I kept asking for it. Finally, I received the email at 11 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-in. Then because I couldn't store my luggage, there were gravel roads around the hotel. And the nearest storage point required at least five minutes of dragging the box on such a gravel road. Its advantages are that the location is really good, the room is big, and the bed is big. But all the good impressions were defeated by the lack of service.
