The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended tours and places of interest, as well as a map for reference. The view from the hotel room window during the New Year's Eve celebration plus infront of hotel were the best.

Love the room, huge space, space for dining and kitchen simple cooking, with all utensils available in the room. bathroom was huge, quiet place, nearby to the attractions and tram station, walking distance to many places including the prague main train station (not with luggage). Highly recommended this hotel for small family and vacation.

Jalta Boutique Hotel Prague – An Unforgettable Stay! This hotel far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped inside, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their hospitality was truly unmatched.   My room was stunning—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The balcony offered a breathtaking view, and despite being in the heart of a bustling square, the room was peaceful and quiet.   A special shoutout to the incredible team at The Fat Cat Restaurant & Bar—their warmth, energy, and hard work truly made our trip unforgettable. Their friendliness and genuine rapport added something special to our stay.   I would highly recommend Jalta Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Prague—100% worth it!

The hotel is located near the bus and train stations, making it easy to access all the popular tourist spots within walking distance. The reception is helpful, offering 24-hour service via WhatsApp. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. We booked a double room, which was clean and well-maintained. The smart TV allowed us to connect our phones to watch dramas. The room size was adequate for two and we can open both our suitcases comfortably. Although we didn't opt for breakfast, there are several supermarkets and food options nearby, making it easy to find meals. All in all, we had a nice stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience in their travels in Prague!

Ridiculous staff refused to return stored luggage I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, facilities, and the staff who checked us in on the first day and greeted us at breakfast were nice. When I checked out on Friday, Sep 13, a staff member even offered to store our luggage before we asked. Everything was satisfactory up until this point. Later that afternoon, we returned to the hotel and asked a middle-aged male staff member at the front desk to retrieve our luggage. He said we could not get our luggage until 4 pm, pointing to my storage receipt, which had a number 4 on it. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule or any reason why a hotel would refuse to return stored belongings to their owners at any time of day. It just didn’t make any sense. We repeated our simple request, and my friend added that it was an emergency—we already had a taxi waiting outside (parking was difficult, and it was raining heavily), and we didn’t have much time to get to the train station to catch our FlixBus at 3 pm. Still, the male staff member refused again, with a stern expression, repeating the same nonsensical reason. Running out of time and patience, my friend yelled, “Are you kidding me?” At that point, the staff member finally admitted he was joking and took us to the storage room to retrieve our luggage. We were in such a hurry that I didn’t have the time or presence of mind to confront him further. If the hotel values feedback, I hope this male staff member is made aware that this “joke” was not appreciated and that his behavior was highly disrespectful of our time. Our sense of urgency was clear—if he knowingly decided to “tease” us in that moment, it shows a completely unacceptable level of disrespect. I don’t intend to discourage people from booking this hotel, and it’s unfortunate, as all the other staff we encountered and everything else about the hotel were otherwise excellent. This one staff member, however, turned what could have been a perfect experience into an unpleasant one.

Easy access from Prague Central Station. The basic room size may be smaller than the photo depending on the location. Slippers, capsule coffee machine, small refrigerator, hair dryer, scale(?) The refrigerator is almost full of paid items, so you can put a bottle of water in it? No USB charging port I asked for an invoice, but they told me to get it from the place I made the reservation, but they didn't issue one.

The service attitude of the waiter is very good. The location of the hotel is also very good, close to the attractions and within walking distance. The only problem is that the hotel's exhaust system has some problems, and you can smell the barbecue smell in the room at night.

The best hostel I’ve been in! Eight beds in one room enclosed with a shower and toilet, which were maintained nice and clean. Great location with less than 10min walk to the concentration of attractions. There were no lockers with lock inside the room but under each set of beds there were two drawers where you can put your private stuff but it requires you to bring your own lock. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt was a nice stay there. Good location, pretty much everywhere is in walking distance. Good service. Clean. One thing that was a little bit problem was that the hot water stopped in the second night during the second shower. The hot water came back in the next morning. Forgot to ask why before we left.

GGuest UserI like this hotel very much! It is literally next to the Tyn Church and can be seen from the window. All attractions in the old town are within walking distance. It is not far from Prague Central Station, and you can also take a taxi. The hotel is exquisite from the lobby to the spiral staircase to the corridor to the room. The breakfast restaurant is small but elegant, and the food is also rich. Unlike other five-star hotels with many people, there are not many rooms here, and there are few people, so the whole stay is very comfortable and stylish.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the Old Town Square, facing the Astronomical Clock. The location is quite good. The internet-famous restaurant Terasa U Prince is on the top floor, and it is very convenient to make reservations. The room is very beautiful and comfortable, and the furniture is luxurious Baroque style. Because it is a duplex, the bedroom is upstairs, and it is not very convenient to go to the bathroom at night. In addition, we arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening, and the room assigned was the inner patio, so it was a bit regrettable that we could not see the astronomical clock.

Stayed for 3 nights, I didn't feel very good. I lived in the top floor of the previous two nights. There was a loft. The big bed was upstairs and the toilet was upstairs. I didn’t say that I climbed up and down every day, mainly because the attic was very short. Sleeping on the toilet should be slightly bent, not to mention my husband 178. He feels very painful! On the last day, I switched to the downstairs. I didn’t even have air conditioning. I was operating on an air-conditioning fan. It was very noisy. Fortunately, it rained down that day, otherwise I really don’t know how to sleep.

PPENGClose to the Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge, the room is very hygienic. Very comfortable. The bathroom is large. There are two 1.5-meter beds in the room, a sofa bed in the living room, and no sleep for 5 or 6 people.

GGuest UserThe hotel's kitchen is really convenient, you can buy something to go back to the store. The younger brother at the front desk seems to go to work at 10 o'clock in the morning, and it is very early to get off work, so it is best to contact in advance if you check out early or arrive late. The hotel only has electric fans and no air conditioning, but the weather in the Czech Republic is very good and does not require air conditioning. The room is quite big, it is really pleasant for two people to live. The location is also very good, only a few minutes away from the Old Town Square, very close to the gunpowder tower, we go to the sights are basically walking.

GGuest UserAdvantages: The location is just opposite the Astronomical Clock. The decoration was not bad, giving a discount card for 15% of the three restaurants downstairs. Disadvantages: Very fatal flaws are particularly noisy! ! ! My friend and I lived on the second floor 220 on April 20th. Every night, people were very loud and noisy, talking, the sound of pedestrians passing by on the street, the crash of the dishes downstairs, and the conversations on the terrace. It is clear that even the smell of the restaurant downstairs can be smelled. There was no sound insulation in the window. We didn’t fall asleep until two o'clock in the night. We could only go downstairs to find the front desk staff. The hotel staff knew that there were frequent complaints from the guests, but we did not fulfill any obligation to inform before we booked and checked in. In the face of our complaints, the staff did not find the source of the noise and did not take any other measures. Just provided us with earplugs. We asked for a change of room and did not receive a response. As a hotel, the most basic function is to provide guests with a quiet and comfortable sleeping environment. However, the experience of staying at this hotel is very poor. My friends and I have not slept almost all night, and we have to catch the train early the next morning. It leads to our physical and mental fatigue. We don't know if there is such a situation in this room where we only live or in every room, but in our experience, it is highly recommended that you set this hotel!

WWesleyA cheap old-fashioned hotel with a good location, many people in the Google evaluation describe it as small but lovely, very apt. Disadvantages: The room is small and crowded, there is no storage space and plane, the mattress and pillows are too soft, there will be noise from people coming out of the nearby bar outside the window in the middle of the night, there will be noises such as bells and garbage trucks in the morning, and people with poor sleep quality should be cautious. Advantages: There are some, enough to maintain normal accommodation, the boss and the front desk are very friendly, checkin time is before 9 pm, we arrived late, emergency to call the boss, and finally solved this matter, thank you very much.
