The good things: service, excellent breakfast and good service in the restaurant. Bad things: poor room with low light in the room. Also, cleaning is not good and the bad are not clean and can demage your skin.Minibar not located in the right side, placement for clothing fit for 2 meter height and above which not make any sense. Gym is not included and not belong to the hotel which requires additional payment.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only and appreciated the comfort and service throughout. Unfortunately, we had an early flight and no time for breakfast. The hotel has great location, across the street from the terminal, well sound proofed, modern architecture and furnishings.
We highly recommend it.

The location is very convenient, and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the first terminal of the airport. The room is very nice and clean. I like the decoration inside. The price is relatively cheap. I recommend you to stay in this hotel if you have an early flight.

The best thing about this hotel during our short stay was the reception when we arrived, and it deserves the highest score. Miss Petra, because we had an early morning flight, was ideal, with a transfer to terminal 2 at a very reasonable price. Apart from that, there is very close transport, in front of the hotel, very short distance, and we were able to go to the historic centre by bus and metro, very quickly.

The stay was in general pretty great, the facilities and breakfast buffets are definitely the highlights.
The only drawback to me was the housekeeping, which to me is quite a big problem so I give a lower rating. As a 4 stars hotel, all amenities shall be replaced every day, such as the bottled water, vanity set and so on. The bathroom space is also a bit too small, in personal opinions.
Overall, it’s a very good value stay.

I'm a fussy guest and this was an excellent stay with staff coming up to my room and bringing me coffee and sugar and a small jug of milk when there were no packets of creamer. Location is just perfect very near the trams..just outside the hotel Supermarket and pharmacy next door and Asian food across the road. Was just an amazing stay. Breakfast was brilliant. Amazing stay

very nice location within the embassy area of prague with a high park just 3 min away for our dog. To the next tram and metro station around 7-9 min by walk and in just 3 stations you are already in the tourist area. We were happy to stay here a little away from the whole busy tourists. The room we stayed was quite big, with two single beds and one sofa. However the bed was too soft for me… that‘s the only thing

If you take a taxi 15-20 minutes away from the airport, the hotel can be reimbursed for the cost of pick-up and taxi, but you must confirm with the hotel in advance, telling you your name, flight number, and approximate arrival time. After you get out, check the above information at the taxi station and wait for the bus. You need to pay for the return journey, because you have to transfer in Prague and the nearest hotel is full, so I chose this one. The hotel is clean and the service is good.

GGuest UserAlthough not so central, it is literally in front of metro Devicka, which takes less than 10 min to reach centrum. Definitely a good option if you want to be away from the crowds in a more quiet and residential area but still convenient. Buffef breakfast and generous gym also added up.
Also a special mention to the front desk, really friendly, and helpful.

GGuest UserThe front desk is very enthusiastic, English is also very good, communication is barrier-free Asking for directions, asking for money, all kinds of questions are very patient. Then the hotel facilities are basically complete, there is a kitchen with a refrigerator. The public bath is separate for men and women. But you need to prepare your own toiletries, the hotel does not provide disposable items. To go to the old town, you need to do 3 subway stations.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite old but it is clean. The workers are dry, like the rest of the Czechs. We had a misunderstanding with the reservation and they changed our room, which is appreciated. With tram 22 it is well connected to the center, in 10 minutes you are in Malastranka. To get to the airport, bus 191 is nearby and takes about 40 minutes. Poor breakfast, little variety and you have to ask for the milk to be heated because it is only cold.
