The service was great however, upon booking I have indicated two adults and two children. However, upon checking in; I was advised that the rooms are fully booked and I was amazed as I have paid and booked for the stay. I have requested an accommodation for children but I was advised that I will get a queen sized bed I have no choice but to accept it as I was travelling. Upon request of additional pillows I wasn't given due to they have given to other groups. What does that make a difference with my request. My family was squashed in a queen sized bed and two pillows only.
In addition, I supposedly have breakfast with my stay and upon enter at the restaurant I was advised that I do not have breakfast included. It was frustrating as my first time visiting czech and had this experience. Overall, with the hectic coordination we ate at Katsura and it was best service and great food.

very nice location within the embassy area of prague with a high park just 3 min away for our dog. To the next tram and metro station around 7-9 min by walk and in just 3 stations you are already in the tourist area. We were happy to stay here a little away from the whole busy tourists. The room we stayed was quite big, with two single beds and one sofa. However the bed was too soft for me… that‘s the only thing

Traveling with my mother~ Breakfast is generally only about 15 minutes from the airport. From the train station, take the subway 225 bus and get off at 20 minutes. It is easy to find ~ go to the airport 191

This was so charming, staying in a real historic villa in a very green part of the city with great transportation access. Very comfortable and the service was excellent. Can’t recommend enough.

This is my second stay. The environment is good and there are many types of food. I will stay in this hotel next time. The experience is very good and the price is not expensive. It is about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport

The breakfast is delicious, and there is a simple convenience store on the first floor.
Also, there is (Terminal 1) BILLA Mart and KFC at the airport.

MMariliisVery nice place where to stay while visiting Prague.
Room was very nice, clean and spacious. My room included TV, dining table, fridge, some cutlery, spacious closet etc.
Place itself was c.a 20 minutes with tram to the city centre and stop was directly in front of the door.
Different restaurants and small shops were all nearby.
There is no reception and the codes provided to the key box didn't work for me but I got help very quickly by calling to their help line.
They also have a small storage room where you can leave your luggage. But note that they won't be responsible if anything goes missing as several people can have the key for that room.
I am very satisfied with my stay.

GGuest UserAlthough not so central, it is literally in front of metro Devicka, which takes less than 10 min to reach centrum. Definitely a good option if you want to be away from the crowds in a more quiet and residential area but still convenient. Buffef breakfast and generous gym also added up.
Also a special mention to the front desk, really friendly, and helpful.
Will definitely suggest snd return

GGuest UserIt was only a short overnight stay, but from the beginning reception were extremely helpful, providing me with information about using trams visiting the Old Town, with a map, so I could use the few hours I had to look around and stretch my legs. I returned and sampled a restaurant meal with was god and reasonably priced. The room was spotless, with tea, coffee and WiFi provided. I slept well, enjoyed an excellent breakfast and had a car ordered for 7:20am to take me to the airport. All these services, thanks to the professional and friendly receptionists.

GGuest UserIt is very convenient to take bus No. 59 from Terminal T2 to the hotel. It is also very convenient to take bus No. 59 to the city attractions and then transfer to tram or subway. The hotel is also very soundproof. But the breakfast in the hotel is really average. There is basically nothing to eat. Many items are gone and there is no restocking.

GGuest UserBreakfast is relatively simple, but it is basically enough. There are no sausages or meat. The center is two or three kilometers away, right? The service staff is more enthusiastic, there is a kitchen on each floor, and you can cook by yourself, which is good

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite old but it is clean. The workers are dry, like the rest of the Czechs. We had a misunderstanding with the reservation and they changed our room, which is appreciated. With tram 22 it is well connected to the center, in 10 minutes you are in Malastranka. To get to the airport, bus 191 is nearby and takes about 40 minutes. Poor breakfast, little variety and you have to ask for the milk to be heated because it is only cold.
