The hotel service is generally okay, but one thing needs improvement: the address on Google Maps needs to be confirmed again, because if you copy it directly to Uber, it will go to the other side. In addition, I would like to especially praise John, a friend from Uganda. When I first arrived, it was almost early in the morning, hungry and tired. He greeted me very kindly and friendly, and told me that I could download a takeout app and order it to the restaurant to enjoy. It was really considerate.

The room was quite small and compact. But for the price that we pay its affordable. The location though was quite great its at the town of Andel if you are taking public transport. Have varieties of food to choose and places to shop. The staffs were all great and the bartender too! Its just they dont have kettle provided, if you wanted hot water you have to come down to the bar. Other than that everything else were great! We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Stay at Zleep Hotel Prague I recently stayed at Zleep Hotel Prague and had a wonderful experience. For its reasonable pricing, excellent location, and high level of comfort, I highly recommend Zleep Hotel Prague for both leisure and business travelers!

The location is very good. It is near the tram stop and bus stop for the airport. There is a little dust on the sofa and in the nooks of the room. The hair dryer is not very good, if you have long hair you will need at least half an hour to dry it. The management system is not very good, before I checked out, someone knocked and opened my room door at 9 a.m. (check out time is 12 p.m.) I didn't know who it was but I thought it was the housekeeper. However, the receptionist is very nice and you can leave your luggage after checking out.

If you are reading this review , then first book the hotel without a second thought and come back to read later. It's new property , super clean , amazing bedroom , lightning , bed linens are clean , bathroom is crystal clean. 6 towels were provided. There is a 65 inch LG smart tv which is already connected to wifi. So you can relax and watch your favourite program in Netflix , YouTube or Apple tv. It has fridge , oven , kitchen with utensils. So you can also cook , heat your food. Tram line 15,9 are at just 5 mins of walking distance , so you can easily go to city centre , charles bridge , prague railway station. In front of this tram stop there is a super market where everything is really cheap. so you can buy drinks , food at cheapest price. Only problem is we had to stand in queue for 20-30 mins as so many people were doing check in at same time. They should employ more people so that parallel check in can be done without waiting. Overall everything is excellent.

Very good hotel. Room and the common area very clean. Good area can walk to everywhere in the city. By the river have a nice view. Staffs are very lovely and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, quality foods. Additional choice of drinks is reasonable price.

First problem during check in, hotel did not have my reservation in system, my 2nd the same experience with lost booking. Hotel accepted my Trip mail confirmation and I solved this issue with trip via chat in app, live agent answer into 1min and start solving, 15min later contact me via call with result and apologize with points compensation around 10usd. Hotel has new app with all info about hotel ordering drink to room, cleaning and etc really nice. I got upgrade free due to lost booking upon my requst from hotel. Bed styling looks like very poor, like at university :-). Suprise was only 1 tower for 2 person booking double room.

I had to make another reservation for this hotel, because I had to make last minute adjustments to my flight back home from Chechia. I booked a few more nights in this same hotel and told the staff about the situation at check-in. The person at check-in was very helpful and sorted things so I did not have to change my room during the stay. Also because I had a late flight, they let me store my baggage at the hotel for the rest of the day before my flight with no extra fee. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at the Red and Blue Design Hotel! The facilities are excellent – modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of style and functionality, making my stay truly enjoyable. It’s definitely worthy of its 4-star rating. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped place to stay!

The evening: Italian dinner a little cheap but worth the coup On the location we are only 5 minutes walk from bus and tram stops for the old town and visits I recommend a 100% and we will come back !!
