Prague Prague 4 Hotels

Location is just next to the metro stop. We were a bit lost though as the hotel entrance is in the ground level and the second level was more connected with metro. Unfortunately, we need to pay extra to access the gym & pool facilities. Service, room amenities just perfect and spacious. City view from our room was nice.

The nearest station is Pankrác station on the subway, which is a little far from the center. However, it was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest station, so it was not difficult to access. There is also a shopping mall directly connected to the station nearby, so shopping is convenient. (We stayed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, so it was closed, which was a surprise...) The hotel is quite old, but it is very well maintained. The staff were also very hospitable and kind. There are some things that can't be helped about the facilities, but the shower head and hair dryer were very old, and the water pressure of the shower and the airflow of the hair dryer were quite weak. (It was a product that you don't see in Japan, so it was interesting and fun...) If they could just replace these two items, I'm sure we would have been able to stay even more comfortably. Hotel seemed to be a bit old. I was given a 5th floor room but elevator is only ubtil 4th floor, so you have to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs. The room is fine, serves its purpose but there was the certain ”old” smell from the bathroom. The heating also broke in our floor for a bit, so the hot water and heater stopped working but no advise was given until I went down to the reception myself to ask why it was cold.

Rooms very clean. Unfortunately small but sufficient. Breakfast rich choice and also delicious. Metro station is 12 minutes away. Unfortunately a little outside. But still recommend.

Booked 2 bookings at the hotel, but when I actually went to stay, there was only 1 booking. The staff did not check carefully and did not inform in advance. I had to check in again, but I could not stay because there was no booking. I still could not contact trip.com easily and quickly. The staff canceled the old booking, refunded the money, and took responsibility for paying for the new booking.

Check in was fast and good. Go parking as well. Easy to acces the parking. The tripple room is spacious and clen. The bathtub has a very high side. The breakfast is ok with plenty to choose from. The bread is often quite old and we got a slice with mold on it. Thats terrible. We told the staff but the didnt bother so much. The restaurant has good food and beer and its pricy dispite its a hotel. Recommed the hotel. Its near the red line metro and on 10 minutes you are in the city. Its easy to acces with car.

Nice apartment with everything needed, easy to get with tram 14,comfortable check-in system, all necessary nearby (restaurant,shops and tram)personal through a very available and friendly wahsapp , recommendable
