Prague Prague 2 Hotels

We loved this hotel! Our room was huge, almost like a small apartment: there was a corridor, a spacious room and a large bathroom with two sinks. In the room they left us a coffee machine, water, fruit and biscuits - a super welcome! Very soft bathrobes, huge and comfortable bed, and the view of the river... wow! Breakfast is served on the seventh floor, on a panoramic terrace with an incredible view of Prague (even people from outside come there for a fee!). Everything was delicious and with a wide choice. The staff was always kind, smiling and helpful. The location is top: the metro is 5 minutes away, the tram passes right in front ... although due to the location of the hotel you can get around everything on foot. And the rooms are super quiet, perfect for resting after a day out and about!

The room was great, very clean and new, and the front desk staff was also very nice. They took me to see the different room types very patiently, but I don't know how they allocated the room types. I booked the most expensive business room, but they had several rooms with better views on the top floor. I don't know why they didn't check us in. I also found that the lights in the room were never on at night. I don't know what they meant by preferring to leave it vacant rather than let us stay. But the room I was given was really big and clean.

Very nice hotel located in Prague 2 near Vysherod castle. Outside of the tourist hourdes, but still close enough to walk to Prague 1 or catch a tram located 2mins away. Lots of good options for food & drink nearby. We had a spacious corner room with huge windows and great light. Beds super comfortable. Excellent guest services and a very nice morning buffet breakfast as well. Lovely place!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay! Everything was excellent in every aspect. The location is perfect, easily accessible, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The cleanliness was impeccable—everything was spotless, and the room was very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, elegant, and felt brand new, making our stay even more relaxing. The service was outstanding—the staff was kind, attentive, and always helpful. The facilities were also excellent, meeting all our needs. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this place to others! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! 😊✨

The room facilities are good, the parking lot is small, and I found a roadside parking space for two days. The breakfast at Novotel is average, and there are many people in the morning, so you have to avoid peak hours. In addition, the elevator at Novotel is really bad, and you have to wait for a long time in the morning.

My stay here was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We needed to carry heavy luggage up the stairs to the hotel lobby. They allowed us to check in early and even gave us a bigger room with four beds (we are three). The floor was a bit cold when I visited at the end of November, but luckily I brought my own slippers. The room was clean and new, with provided toiletries, except for a toothbrush and toothpaste, which was fine since I had my own. They didn't provide a kettle and water bottles in the room, but we could get hot water from the water dispenser in the common area. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, halal restaurants, and is conveniently located near the main train station. We even get a small souvenir from this hotel. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel is based at a very good location, 8 minutes walk from the closest Metro Station. It's easy to get to Central Pague from there. The room was very warm and it was clean. My room was, however, just above the bar and I could hear some noise. The bar closed at 11pm and everything was quiet after. The breakfast was amazing!!! The staff were nice, police and helpful.

Good hygiene, good environment, spacious room. The only drawback is that the socket is in the middle of the room, 10 cm from the ground. You can only open the box and put it on the ground, and put the phone in the box to charge. The socket next to the bed is 10 cm from the ground between the bedside table and the wall, and the one-meter charging cable can't reach it at all. Oh.

In general ok ish place... Not too bad for a single night stay with the price but can definitely do better. Will not come back. Pros: Great location. Very close to metro station line C and tram station. Walkable distance to the national museum. I like the window can be fully open and air conditioning is powerful. WiFi is quite fast. Receptionists speak fluent English. Cons: There are some hygiene issues. The water bottle provided for drinking water still has bread crumbs or whatever crumbs in the lid when I moved in (see photo). Clearly hasn't been washed 🤢. The dripping tray of the water machine in the corridor is always full (I discarded it twice the same day). When it's full, the water won't come out. No staff member is taking care of this. The room is quite small compared to Ibis room in other countries at the same level. Note there is no fridge in the room. In the bedroom there is no bin. I need to walk to the bathroom to throw away rubbish.
