U Kapra Apartments

It was mentioned that i must push a button for reception at the door. But when i came, and push the button, no body open the door. We were standing outside without any clue for more than 15 minutes. Until another apartment guest came and open the door for us. There is no instruction how to use washing machine and the dryer. But the other things in this apartment are amazing. Love it!

The location of the apartment is very good. Very close to the clock tower in the old town. The size was great as well. However, had a little difficulty to finding the entrance and there was no response on the phone number provided.

What was shown in the photos was not what we arrived and stayed in. Positives ;excellent central location to explore Prague, easy transfers to airport using public transport. Negatives ; Apartment F- main bedroom very poor lighting, bed has 2 single mattress with hard ridge along middle. Inconsistent air con unit,large room with minimal furniture, needs chair& mirror .Lounge area, sofa bed so uncomfortable with cheap lumpy pillows mattress pad with bum shaped hole in . Again dark room, all windows in apartment have broken blinds, net curtains and curtains hanging over them.Some windows unable to open.Air con unit set at 22 and locked so can’t change. Electrical items including sockets appear not up to UK safety standards-electric shock experienced from oil can lamp. No view at all from this apartment which we were highly saddened about.Wouldnt stay here again, it’s tired and needs a bit of tlc

Room is very quiet even though you live at the busiest street in all of Prague. Shower could and should be improved but everything else was great.
