The hotel's key pick-up location is remote. It takes 20 minutes to walk with luggage and 40 minutes to go back and forth. The hotel is located in the most popular central area. Parking nearby is difficult. Self-driving travel is not recommended.

Perfect apartment, clean and bright. I honestly don't understand the many negative reviews. It's true that the reception is located in a different location than the apartments, but it's clearly specified during the booking process, and in any case, we're talking about a 5-10 minute walk into Prague's beautiful historic center. Many also complain about the rudeness of the staff and the fact that they were charged "fines." Personally, I found the staff very friendly, and as for the "fines," just behave politely and you won't be charged anything. During the booking process, it's also stated that a security deposit is required and that, if no damage is found upon departure, the deposit will be fully refunded. That's exactly what happened to me; I received my deposit back within 3 days.

The company that manage these apartments are unprofesnoal and make up there own rules to keep a large chunk of your deposit . We had an incident with one of the guys smoking on the staircase they took 300 euros . Avoid this place there is many more better places .

No hot water or WiFi and have fines up saying 20 euro but they don't fine you 20 euro they keep the full 600 euro deposit!!!also says can check in anytime after 3pm but got made to walk around the city till 8pm with suitcases!! Highly wouldnt recommend

This stay was awful , in ******* that stated that there is elevator, but really my appartment was on 4th floor, no elevator and spiral staircase, I called them , no answer, I message them and they answer to me in the evening , couples hours before my flight . Reception was fifteen minutes walking from appartment and the address , which stated in ******* description is not correct , they give me different address, thanks to Uber driver , who transfer me, my husband and my two large baggage to new address, when I asked the reception about misunderstanding with addresses, the answer was , it’s not a problem , it’s not far away, really it was 10 minutes distance from one to another, I checked it myself. So I think they just lie to guests and they do not have the right of 4 stars. Do not recommended

Nice Stay with 10m walk to parking and check in
Can be a bit noisy as cargo are unloaded at 6am. If you drive prepare to pay 700 per day at parking lot at padalium. The place is very big and spacious. Will stay again.

Falsly advertised as 3 rooms
We rented a 3 room apartment, to be able to have a bit of privacy and uninterupted sleep for our group of 3 friends.
But what we got was an apartment with 3 double beds in 1 big room, and no privacy.
