The room is fantastic, very comfy, well designed, outstanding decor, super clean and great location. We stayed 3 nights and felt like home. The only complaint is the restaurant service at ZEM. We had dinner there one night. My boyfriend pre-ordered a birthday cake and requested to bring in after the main course. However despite he requested a few times. The server still didn’t bring to our table. The bill was also taking forever and missed charging the cake. And we had to wait again. We had breakfast there again the next morning, the lady server was not friendly at all. The food at the restaurant was great only the service needs big improvement given this hotel is a 5 Stars hotel.

This is the best Andaz hotel I have ever stayed in the world.
Environment: It is within 1 km from the old town, and the Gunpowder Tower is just outside. The surrounding environment is very good, and there are some restaurants, coffee shops, and Japanese ramen shops.

I booked a deluxe king-size bedroom with a view, but I was disappointed with the view that i paid extra for. So i think theres is not a big difference between room with view and without.
Other than that, room is comfortable and nice. Location is good.
