I like it very much. The lady at the front desk is very polite. She gave me postcards and fruits when I checked in, and a small pendant when I left. The room is very clean and spacious. She also gave me two tickets to the observation deck. It's a pity that I missed it. In short, I highly recommend it! I will choose here next time I come to Prague.

The location was good, and it was convenient for sightseeing as it was close to tram, bus, and metro stations. The room was clean and had water and fruit. I was happy that there was a coffee machine.
The make-your-own pancake machine at breakfast was interesting. There was also champagne, which made me feel elegant.
The only downside was that the elevator was shared with tourists. It would have been great if there was one reserved for guests.
But I would like to stay here again.
