I spent there only one night and it was absolutely disaster,room like some under bridge and Braun water in the bathroom. Breakfast with charge of coffee and in reception was care about 2000,- deposit of the bar (btw on the bar was water, chips and beer

We stayed here for week in August. It’s a 500yr old building and has its pros and cons. Here’s a summary Pros: Location - this hotel is literally connected to the building complex on the backside of the astronomical clock. It is right in the middle or old town Cons: Age - it’s 500 years old. I think our mattress may have been 500yrs old. Continental Breakfast - pretty sparse by most standards Stairs - there’s two wings. Our wing was accessed by a door outside that’s next to outdoor dining. The spiral stairs to the room are very narrow and steep - glad we only brought carryons as larger luggage would be a hassle going up the stairs. AC - like many of the older hotels, there isn’t any. Thankfully we had very mild weather for August, otherwise it would have been difficult to sleep. .

Absolutely fantastic location at a fair price. There is definitely old world charm and each room is unique. On the downside, the beds were rock hard and terribly uncomfortable. The lack of a decent night’s sleep impacted our visit. The breakfast is very basic (hard rolls, deli meats, soft packaged cheese, Nescafé espresso, orange juice). There was a rumor of a hot item but we were not offered it. We are breakfast at nearby restaurants after the first day.

property is outdated but its clean & cheap specially it’s located in the center .. 1 minute walk to Old town square, 50 meters aways to high street High Ends Shops ,, 10 meters away to Hard Rock Cafe my fav place to visit in every travel.. with breakfast so you are not leaving empty stomach to start your day.. friendly staff and very accommodating .. will highly recommend this property as its budget friendly..

Great location, but an awful bath
The hotel is good and location is amazing, just a few steps of Pragues clock. The service is great and rooms are clean, the only issue is the bathroom. They dont have a door, just a curtain to close it and the bathtub does not have where to place the sprinkler to get a bath, and it is located in a place that none regular size persona can fit standing up, so taking a bath is awful

There was a lot of stairs to get to our room. -over 70 to haul up luggage with no elevator. Would not recommend for an elder person or one with any injuries !

Location is everything!
Perfect location. Very basic breakfast but not bad considering the price. Room was quite dusty but full of character

The good: Hotel was in a great location and price was economical. Breakfast was decent and the area was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was mostly continental style with only hot item being a thin sausage. Reception area was clean and well maintained. The bad: Staff was not very friendly, bordering on dismissive. One guest rang the bell too many times and was scolded . Another guest forgot to close an inside door and was similarly scolded. Had to ask five times to get extra pillows that we needed. Room was clean except the bathroom had mildew around the bathtub. No shower curtain or glass to keep water from spraying out onto the floor. When showering, great care was needed to keep the bathroom dry. Our room ended up being the top floor, the stairs were narrow and steep, handrail was loose at the top. If you have a lot of luggage, you had better ask for a room lower down or you will struggle.

Great location
Staff was not helpful--requested extra pillows 7 times b4 we received them
They gave us a room on the top with 5 sets of stairs with loose/broken hand rails. We requested a room on a lower due to my knee problems--they refused
We requested no cleaning & they cleaned the room anyway
Water temperature in shower was not stable
