Er werd niet gegroet en amper opgekeken als je langs de receptie liep. Bij inchecken werd er gezegd dat we 10 minuten later in onze kamer konden. Toen we op de afgesproken tijd de sleutel vroegen werd het ineens een uur later, ze kwamen dit zelf niet even zeggen lieten ons gewoon zitten. Er werd nog niet eens iets te drinken aangeboden, dat was toch wel het minste dat ze konden doen. Toen we gingen uitchecken kregen we een snauwerige "key" en daar konden we het mee doen. Het ontbijt was karig, een eitje ontbrak en beleg was minimaal. Het voordeel is dat het in het centrum ligt op loopafstand van de klok. Kamer was verder prima met ventilator, koelkast, bad, douche, toilet en goede bedden.

Absolutely fantastic location at a fair price. There is definitely old world charm and each room is unique. On the downside, the beds were rock hard and terribly uncomfortable. The lack of a decent night’s sleep impacted our visit. The breakfast is very basic (hard rolls, deli meats, soft packaged cheese, Nescafé espresso, orange juice). There was a rumor of a hot item but we were not offered it. We are breakfast at nearby restaurants after the first day.

property is outdated but its clean & cheap specially it’s located in the center .. 1 minute walk to Old town square, 50 meters aways to high street High Ends Shops ,, 10 meters away to Hard Rock Cafe my fav place to visit in every travel.. with breakfast so you are not leaving empty stomach to start your day.. friendly staff and very accommodating .. will highly recommend this property as its budget friendly..

Great location, but an awful bath
The hotel is good and location is amazing, just a few steps of Pragues clock. The service is great and rooms are clean, the only issue is the bathroom. They dont have a door, just a curtain to close it and the bathtub does not have where to place the sprinkler to get a bath, and it is located in a place that none regular size persona can fit standing up, so taking a bath is awful

Hotel situato in pieno centro a Praga, la posizione ottima permette di raggiungere tutte le destinazioni in maniera agevole. Camera spaziosa ma con materasso troppo basso e materiali precari, assenza di bidet e doccia improvvisata non aiutano. La colazione deludente con davvero poca scelta. Purtroppo però siamo rimasti molto delusi dal personale, per niente affabile, scontroso a tal punto da sfiorare il maleducato. Inoltre siamo arrivati presto la mattina e la camera non era ancora pronta, per tenere i bagagli in hotel hanno chiesto 2€ a bagaglio…trovo sia un pessimo servizio. 6/10

Sopii vahvajalkaisille ja vahvaselkäisille
Kova sänky ilman petauspatjaa. Ei ilmastointia. Ei varatyynyjä. Henkilökunta ilmeetöntä tai töykeää. Aamiaisella kovia tomaatteja, korkealla hyllyllä, johon 160cm pituinen ei yletä. Kahvilaite koko ajan rikki. Portaat jyrkät ja kapeat, ei hissiä. Vain yksi avain huoneen käyttöön. Ainoa kiitettävä asia on erinomainen sijainti keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia.

I spent there only one night and it was absolutely disaster,room like some under bridge and Braun water in the bathroom. Breakfast with charge of coffee and in reception was care about 2000,- deposit of the bar (btw on the bar was water, chips and beer

Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt ist unschlagbar. Das Frühstück ist es leider nicht, am besten ohne buchen, es gibt in der Umgebung super Möglichkeiten. Das Haus ist alt, hat sehr hohe Räume mit Balkendecke und die Möbel sind passend. Allerdings quitscht jede Diele, dass kann schon mal störend sein. Als wir am 12.04.ankamen haben wir unser Gepäck in einem Raum untergebracht und mussten dafür 5€ zahlen. Bei der Abfahrt am 17.04.haben wir wieder das Gepäck gelagert und mussten nichts dafür zahlen. Es kommt wohl sehr darauf an, wer an dee Rezeption sitzt. Allerdings habe ich auch noch nie eine Gebühr dafür zahlen müssen.
