Jan and his team were so friendly and helpful with most anything we needed. It was unusually hot and he arranged for a fan in the room, they offered us our welcome drinks the following day as we all had arrived at different times, he found reservations for us for dinner and transportation to a nearby spa that he’d recommended (it was amazing!). The space itself was beautiful with many thoughtful details. The street is a wonderful location as well- a little quieter but still close to the castle and the public transport. And the cafe downstairs drew us in most every morning for a delicious start to our day.

Service exceptionnel et plats délicieux ! Rapport qualité / prix excellent. Un très bon moment et une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour un bon déjeuner au soleil ! Nous avons mangé le Crunchy Granola (très copieux !), Le Burata Bread et les scrambled eggs.

Really loved the hotel. Service was exemplary, they do complementary laundry and the breakfast café is very accommodating. I have major diet restrictions and I told them about this the night before and they went out and got ingredients and prepared me something that met my needs. That was invaluable. As far as the location, I enjoyed it. When in Prague, I felt that you are better off, staying slightly away from the most touristy areas. The hotel is a five minute walk or so from the Charles bridge and just at the cusp of where the tourists start the congregate. Would happily stay here again. Rooms are charming and beautifully appointed with antiques so it has an old world feel yet is still clean and updated.
