The room is very clean and big, with a nice river view outside. It is more than 10 minutes' walk from Prague Square, very convenient

All 4 and 5 star hotels I've ever stayed in turn down the beds in the evening. Not here. The lighting in the bathroom is impossible to put on makeup. The lights need to face you...not to be on the ceiling only. The service is adequate. Everyone is beautiful, but they are on their phones too much. My wakeup call for 6 am, came at 4 am; therefore, two hours of my sleep was "stolen" from me as I could not go back to sleep. At 4am I tried calling reception, and no one answered. Also, our taxi was late picking us up at the hotel. The electric plugs do no have tables near them to put your item. The plug on one side of the bed is for the telephone...what about my cellphone??? I have to put it across the room on the floor. Besides that, it is a beautiful hotel.
