Great rooms, friendly staff. Parking a car is a bigger head ache. Valet parking is the concept but did not work smoothly. No short term parking in front of the hotel, so had to go 3 times around the block until I found a corner to park and find the bell boy who was very busy parking other cars. Room hadn’t heating - cold. Breakfast so so …

The room was clean and close to the river, with a view of the Charles Bridge. It was convenient to walk to and eat. The curtains were light-colored, and the owner was very considerate and provided eye masks. The service was very good.

In the front desk, there is a tall girl with blond hair, she was really helpful and help us call the Taxi! The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the famous sites, everything else is very good.
