Konum olarak merkezi yürüme mesafesi çoğu yer, lobideki Aleksandr çok kibar,nazik ve retro idi,yardımcı oluyorlar, 5.kat tavan katı üstünde otomatik cam olam çok güzel bir oda da kaldık ,sadece zemin Tahta oldugu icin biraz Esnek ve sesli idi, duvarlar da ince oldugu icin ses yalitimi iyi degil ancak yan odalarda kimse olmadigi icin rahatti

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is easy to take a bus from the airport and then transfer to another bus because all the stops and destinations are displayed on the bus. All 65+ do not have to pay (bus, subway and tram) including tourists! Or take the Airport Express (AE) bus and then the tram to the hotel. It is less than five minutes' walk to the bus stop or tram station, with many route options. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to the bridgehead. Although it is a bridge next to Charles Bridge, it is quite comfortable and convenient to walk to the old town. There is also a cable car station to Petrin Tower less than ten minutes away! The breakfast is also quite sufficient, all European breakfast including ham and cheese, and fruits are also available. You can ask the front desk to borrow an electric kettle, it is very convenient to boil water yourself! There is just some noise from the trams nearby, but it's ok if you close the windows at night!

passamos 4 dias no hotel. o café da manhã é bem à contento, com bastante opções. acabamos ficando no último andar num quarto que, imagino eu, bem antigamente deveria ser o sótão do lugar. com o tempo adaptaram o sótão para ser um quarto. quarto pequeno, sem janelas. primeira vez na vida que vejo algo assim. no lugar das janelas, a uns 3 metros de altura havia uma janela basculante no teto do quarto que abria e fechava por meio de um botão. sinceramente não gostei disso, não ter como ver a rua, é horrível. e pra quem sofre de claustrofobia, não recomendo. não nos foi comunicado isso. como a gente saía cedo e só voltava tarde, deixamos passar, mas entendo que deveriam deixar isso bem claro no momento da compra. sobre o atendimento, pessoal foi muito cortês. só uma observação, o secador de cabelos do quarto estava quebrado (minha mulher só percebeu depois). fui reclamar e disseram que não tinha como trocar de quarto. pedi pra consertarem ou substituirem o aparelho. ELES NÃO SUBSTITUÍRAM. muito desagradável isso. Por fim, já ia me esquecendo: o elevador só ia até o penúltimo andar, de forma que tínhamos que subir um lance de escadas até o último andar. fujam do último andar.

Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kommt in 15min zu Fuß in die Prager Altstadt (Karlsbrücke), vor dem Hotel wäre auch noch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Man kommt gut mit dem Auto an, da es zwar Zentral liegt aber nicht direkt in der Altstadt ist. Parkplätze in geringer Anzahl kostenpflichtig verfügbar (in einem kleinen Parkhaus auf den Abfahrten zwischen den Stockwerken, Berganfahrhilfe von Vorteil). Frühstück ist ausreichend vorhanden, aber qualitativ eher mittelmaß.

Assenza TOTALE di pulizia. Con "rifare la stanza" intendono: cambiare la carta igienica, cambiare gli asciugamani se lasciati in terra, svuotare due cestini della spazzatura. Abbiamo la certezza che né i sanitari in bagno, né la moquette vengano puliti minimamente. Al terzo giorno, tutto era esattamente come il primo, briciole sulla moquette e lavandino con segni di utilizzo inequivocabili. Ultimo ma non ultimo: I LETTI NON VENGONO MAI RIFATTI. Tutto è esattamente lasciato come lo si lascia la mattina. E' la seconda volta che vengo in questo hotel e ne ho provati molti altri a Praga. Mai successo. Non tornerò.
