The first night was awful, the boiler made a hellish noise, I didn't sleep a wink, and they also gave me a room that didn't correspond to the one I had paid for, room 120, don't sleep there, but the next day I notified them, they changed us to a room like the one I had paid for and everything was wonderful, the receptionists were charming.

Far from the center, nice service, gym is needed also the tea and coffee machine should be in the room and not at the lobby, breakfast must be improve only 2 type if fruit which is very poor at least 5-7 items should be forest furirt, banna is must in 4 star hotels. Also almend, casweu nugget, avocado and more vegetables.

I stayed in Hotel Carol for 6 nights in July. Staffs are very friendly but I stayed in the room without air-con. That room was very hot to stay in the room in the day time. I asked the stuff twice to change my room, but they didn’t.
And the menu of breakfast was almost same for 6 days.
