I arrrived at the hotel at around 18:00 to be greeted by the only staff member in the whole hotel who was an older Czech lady who speaks NO English at all! She then demanded payment immediatly before anything else! I was then given my room and when I went there to take a shower I opened the shower door and the shower door fell down. I went to reception to complain and after 20 minutes trying to explain to this receptionist who speaks no english finally she agreed to phone somebody about the shower. But after phoning she told me that there is nobody to come fix it and that I will just have to take a shower tomorrow. I found this unacceptable because I had been travelling for 48 hours without a shower and was really looking forward to refreshing my hygiene. She told me she has no other shower in the whole hotel and I must just go without I refused and told her I want a refund and I will go to a different hotel. She then says she did a refund on my credit card but the whole thing was written in Czech not English and still today I am still waiting for my refund! They took my money and gave me nothing!No shower,no refund no nothing! If you work hard for your money like me,then don`t stay at Hotel Klara Prague. David

Rude attendant, the parking is not that close, the attendant does not pay attention to what we are talking about and asks the same thing several times. I arrived tired from the trip and I bitterly regret having selected this coffin that was called a hotel!

Very friendly staff, especially Erika. Nothing was too much bother. Great location, lovely and clean. Breakfast was great and we as a couple would definitely be visiting again! Thankyou for your hospitality xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx

Great location
It was in a great area of Prague, not very touristy with lots of great shops and dining nearby and a quick 15 minute tram ride to any of the big sights. The room itself was very large. And it came with a large breakfast included! Will definitely stay there again when we return to Prague

Wonderful stay, in love with Prague
Definitely one of the best hotel I've ever been.
The room was very clean, nice breakfasts and such an excellent customer service.
Just the pillow a bit uncomfortable but I would definitely book this hotel again
