We stayed a few nights at this hotel. For the price, the conditions were quite decent—cozy and quiet rooms, warm and tidy overall. While the cleanliness wasn’t perfect, it was acceptable. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station with great transport connections, which made getting around very easy. Overall, a good stay for the price.

I done s request to book for 12 to 15/10 and the hotel respond that my credit card had not money but I have done all my purchases through this card.2. asked again second card. This time because of a malfunction of the hotel s terminal my reservation could not be completed. Hotel Karlin requested to go from the Hotel and pay in cash. I refused. They also took from me 190€ and of course I did not stay. Surely they made the double profit as another traveller had booked. AWAY!

I booked hotel throw booking with no pay for cancellation. I double checked via email. I cancelled acomodaiton two weeks before and received message they will charge me 194€. No response for my emails,messages and impossible to get reach by phone! Never ever!

Отель неплохой. Хорошее месторасположения. Проблемы с регистрацией. У нас был поздний заезд и мы должны были регистрироваться онлайн. В результате какого то сбоя отель не снял деньги с банковской карты. Я переменил карту, но отель перестал отвечать. Отель в течении 8 часов не отвечал ни на звонки, ни на сообщения. Что бы не ночевать на улице я срочно забронировал другой отель. И только во время посадки в самолет отель подтвердил бронирование и снял деньги. Отменять бронирования было уже поздно и я потерял деньги. Совет отелю: отключите робот Alfred, наймите вместо него человека для работы с клиентами. Организуйте круглосуточный дежурный ресепшен и всё будет отлично.

Грязный номер, кишит клопами, убран мягко говоря поверхностно после предыдущих гостей, остались их вещи и мусор под кроватью. Клопы на стенах и за кроватью, дальше искать не стала и выселилась. Рада что вернули все уплаченные деньги. Пришлось срочно искать другой отель. В данном отеле привлекало расположение, но лучше пожертвовать им, чем жить с данными насекомыми

After some confusion (had to pay cash) reception staff was actually lovely and rooms are great. Unfortunately we could only stay 2 days as something went wrong with booking. Fantastic district with lots of great bars and restaurants. Very good connections to town etc.

Здравствуйте была в Вашем отеле с 26 ноября 2019 две недели Когда бываю в Чехии всегда останавливаюсь в отеле Карлин Все устраивает Отличное расположение Внимательный персонал Отличный ресторан Рядом метро и трамвайная остановка Сейчас хотела забронировать номер но нет телефона Все документы остались в России Я сейчас проживаю в Израиле Помогите связаться с Вами Хочу добавить в отеле Карлин останавливаюсь постоянно с 2013 на каждое рождество но потом Короновирус и переезд в Израиль Сейчас хочу возобновить путешествия
