The location and the little apartment was great, right behind a shopping mall and 5mins walk from a local Christmas market with bunch of shops nearby.
The bin was broken but that doesn't harm.
Everything was great but had issue on the check in process, the confirmation email was not sent to my email and I find out upon arrival. Took me an hour to get it done in the cold. - I am not sure if this is trip.com issue or the management issue of this hotel group.
Have to make sure you have done the online check in process through the link the will send to your personal email if anyone is booking this place.

There was no receptionist, so its quite anxious if you need something. The check-in was not straightforward, you actually need to contact them to ask for a code. Overall, its okay. Not the best but okay.

Sono stata qua per un periodo abbastanza lungo e purtroppo il costo è veramente sproporzionato rispetto all'offerta. Posizione ottima comoda per metro e centro e letto molto comodo. Appartamento trovato sporco, con alcune cose rotte, e la pulizia praticamente non viene effettuata (cambiano solo gli asciugamani e il letto, senza pulire bene o spolverare). Insonorizzazione pessima (svegliata varie volte da vicini e dal rumoroso ascensore). Stabile non curato. Troppo costoso per ciò che offre. Pessima esperienza

Todo perfecto, la única pega que puedo poner es que no tiene aire acondicionado ni opción de renovar el aire. Eso sí hay un ventilador. La suerte es que no hacía mucho calor y estuvimos muy bien.
Por lo demás la situación es inmejorable y la habitación de buen tamaño

Einrichtung wirklich wie neu, alles sauber, Lage war mehr als perfekt, etwas hellhörig aber trotzdem angenehm, geparkt haben wir außerhalb der Innenstadt, Auto braucht man bei dieser Lage absolut nicht. Umgebung ist zu jeder Uhrzeit gut besucht, es war immer sehr sicher
