We stayed at Valcha twice, in 2019 and just recently. It's a lovely place, quiet and nicely located. The hotel is very clean, the housecleaning people do a great job. Our room had a small kitchenette with everything necessary for a light breakfast or supper. The internet is strong if you stay in one of more expensive rooms or buy a voucher. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Only one thing upset and inconvenienced us and that was lack of breakfasts this time. The breakfasts were really good in 2019 and that was one of reasons we booked the hotel again. Unfortunately they do not do breakfasts any longer citing the COVID restrictions, even though there are no actual restrictions in the hotel or in the Czech Republic at this time. We suppose that they are just saving money this way. Overall, we recommend Valcha to Prague travelers

This hotel has everything you could wish for - except the following;. Only ceiling shower, no hand shower in the bathroom and no air conditioning. Gets very hot in the room during high season in Prague. Comfortable, well-kept rooms with kitchenette. Good restaurants in the area and a well-stocked grocery store. Tram outside the hotel and stop a short distance away. Service-oriented staff who are happy to help, a big plus for you. A good hotel to return to, even hope you will install "missing" parts at some point.

Ein Stadthotel mit dem gewissen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, dass einem den Aufenthalt in Prag perfekt macht. Zimmer- und Badgröße sehr großzügig. Sauberkeit perfekt. Fernsehprogramme der RTL-Gruppe für deutschsprachige Gäste. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer in den Innenhof. Ausreichendes und gutes Standardfrühstück inklusive Rührei und hartgekochte Eier vom Buffet. Receptionsmitarbeiter konnten alle mit Freundlichkeit überzeugen. Natürlich nicht ganz im Zentrum gelegen - aber dies ist öffentlich perfekt zu erreichen und auch durch einen kleinen Spaziergang machbar.

It will not my first choice once back to Prague. Basic services, clean room but with a very noise fridge.. almost a pity since the environment was silent .. almost anonymous atmosfere .. breakfast very minimal .. Staff at reception anyhow very keen and helpful.
